Claims (4)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un non-tissé composite d'au moins un non-tissé spunbond comme non-tissé de support et d'une couche de pâte de bois appliquée sur ce non-tissé de support pour obtenir un produit d'hygiène dont, avant l'application de la matière super-absorbante, le non-tissé spunbond est consolidé par calandrage en état sec pour une consolidation préliminaire, tandis que la couche de pâte de bois est appliqué après,
et, avant l'étape d'hydroliage, le non-tissé composite en deux constituants est fourni d'une couche de couverture au-dessus de la matière super-absorbante,
pour lequel un non-tissé de carde pré-consolidé et calandré est pourvu comme couche de couverture,
et l'ensemble entier est lié par hydroliage et ensuite séché. - Procédé selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que la pré-consolidation comme le calandrage avant l'hydroliage est effectué avec les fibres du non-tissé de support n'étant que légèrement liées. - Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1-2,
caractérisé en ce que
le non-tissé composite séché est calandré de nouveau, mais avec de l'énergie plus élevée. - Dispositif de fabrication d'un produit d'hygiène à partir d'un non-tissé spunbond avec une couche de matière super-absorbante et de réalisation d'un procédé selon l'une des revendications 1-3, composéa) d'un dispositif spunbond (1, 2, 10, 1'-4 '),b) d'un dispositif de liage à air ou de calandrage (5, 11),e) d'un dispositif (6) pour l'application d'une couche de pâte de bois sur le non-tissé de support pré-consolidé, disposé immédiatement après,f) d'un dispositif d'hydroliage dont les jets d'eau sont dirigés sur la couche de pâte de bois,g) d'un séchoir (8, 9)h) d'un autre dispositif de calandrage, le cas échéant,tandis que, pour la formation d'une couche de couverture,c) un dispositif de cardage (10) est placé avant le dispositif d'hydroliage (1, 2, 5),d) suivi d'un dispositif de calandrage (11) en tant que dispositif de consolidation avant le dispositif d'hydroliage (13, 14).
