Claims (14)
- Dispositif pour le traitement de finition, en particulier pour le massicotage ou la découpe de carton imprimé, d'emballages en carton, de carton ondulé, de papier ou de substrats bombés similaires (2) au moyen d'un processus de découpe rotatif, dans lequel le substrat (2) est propre à être introduit, dans la direction d'avance (A), entre deux cylindres de traitement (4, 5) entraînés en rotation et, pendant son défilement à travers les parties d'outil (7, 8) actives dans la fente de travail (6), est soumis à un traitement, par lequel le substrat (2) est divisé en au moins une partie à rebuter (19) et au moins une partie conforme, un cylindre de traitement (4) étant muni d'au moins une griffe (9) pour un transport conforme au repérage du substrat bombé (2), caractérisé en ce que des moyens pour l'écartement et la séparation entre la partie conforme et la partie à rebuter (19) sont prévus au niveau de l'extrémité du côté sortie de la fente de travail, et en ce que la griffe (9), formant une partie desdits moyens, retient la partie à rebuter (19) après le processus de traitement et l'éloigne de la fente de travail (6), et en ce qu'un plateau (23), formant une autre partie desdits moyens, est prévu au niveau de l'extrémité du côté sortie de la fente de travail (6) et, conjointement avec le cylindre de traitement (4) inférieur, délimite au niveau de son extrémité de chargement (21) une fente de passage (28) pour le passage de la partie à rebuter (19), obtenue par le traitement et maintenue fermement dans la griffe (9).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les cylindres de traitement (4, 5) coopèrent avec un cylindre d'enlèvement (55) monté en aval de ceux-ci et recevant la partie à rebuter (19).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de réception (18) recevant la partie conforme et un dispositif d'évacuation (20) recevant la partie à rebuter (19) sont montés en aval des cylindres de traitement (4, 5).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans la zone de l'extrémité (21) du plateau (23), orientée vers les cylindres de traitement (4, 5), est disposé un élément d'aspiration (22) et/ou un système de soufflage d'air destiné à favoriser la séparation entre la partie conforme et la partie à rebuter (19).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une unité de traitement par laser (T) est prévue dans la zone des cylindres de traitement (4, 5).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, dans la zone du cylindre d'enlèvement (55), ledit dispositif est relié à une bande transporteuse d'évacuation (57) avec un angle de transport (56) réglable.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif d'acheminement (13), par lequel les substrats (2) peuvent être acheminés conformément au repérage, est monté directement en amont du dispositif, du côté admission.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'en aval de celui-ci sont montés un dispositif de réception (18), recevant la partie conforme, et un dispositif d'évacuation (20), recevant la partie à rebuter (19).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'évacuation (20) comporte un élément d'aspiration (22), disposé dans la zone de l'extrémité (21) du plateau (23), orientée vers les cylindres de traitement (4, 5), et/ou un système de soufflage d'air destiné à favoriser la séparation entre la partie conforme et le rebut (19).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que le plateau (23) évacue les parties conformes (27).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2 et l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie à rebuter (19), traitée sur toute sa longueur, peut être transférée sur le cylindre d'enlèvement (55) au moyen de griffes (55').
- Dispositif de découpe de substrats imprimés (2) au moyen de cylindres de traitement (4, 5 ; 81, 82) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le substrat (2) est propre à être traité dans la zone des cylindres de traitement (4, 5 ; 81, 82) par un processus de coupe continu.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que les cylindres de traitement (4, 5 ; 81, 82) sont dimensionnés selon un rapport diamètre sur largeur de 1:1 ou inférieur, par exemple 1:1,2 ; 1:1,4 ; etc.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les deux cylindres de traitement (4, 5) comportent un réglage du repérage (S, H, K) pour le réglage du repérage circonférentiel, diagonal et latéral.
