Claims (8)

  1. Chaîne d'amorçage pyrotechnique avec un porteur de détonateur (4) en plastique qui supporte un élément détonateur (2) et sur le porteur de détonateur (4) est fixée une enveloppe métallique (1) de forme cylindrique dans laquelle s'engage l'élément détonateur (2) et dans l'enveloppe métallique (1) est disposée une charge de stimulation (6), un insert insert métallique (3), enrobé par le plastique du porteur de détonateur (4), étant intégré dans le porteur de détonateur (4) pour le soutien mécanique, caractérisée en ce que des évidements (8) sont disposés dans l'insert métallique (3) pour une meilleure liaison avec le plastique et en ce que l'élément détonateur (2) a été mouillé avec un produit d'étanchéité avant l'enrobage par le plastique.
  2. Chaîne d'amorçage pyrotechnique avec un porteur de détonateur (4) en plastique qui supporte un élément détonateur (2) et sur le porteur de détonateur (4) est fixée une enveloppe métallique (1) de forme cylindrique dans laquelle s'engage l'élément détonateur (2) et dans l'enveloppe métallique (1) est disposée une charge de stimulation (6), un insert métallique (3), enrobé par le plastique du porteur de détonateur (4), étant intégré dans le porteur de détonateur (4) pour le soutien mécanique, caractérisée en ce que des évidements (8) sont disposés dans l'insert métallique (3) pour une meilleure liaison avec le plastique et en ce que l'insert métallique (3) est relié à l'élément détonateur (2).
  3. Chaîne d'amorçage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que l'insert métallique (3) est une pièce découpée ou une pièce cintrée.
  4. Chaîne d'amorçage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que le plastique du porteur de détonateur (4) est additionné de mica.
  5. Chaîne d'amorçage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'élément détonateur (2) est enrobé partiellement ou totalement par le plastique du porteur de détonateur (4).
  6. Chaîne d'amorçage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce qu'un plastique élastique est utilisé par zones comme plastique pour le porteur de détonateur (4).
  7. Chaîne d'amorçage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que l'insert métallique (3) est conformée en cloche.
  8. Chaîne d'amorçage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée en ce que le bord de l'insert métallique (3) est rabattu ou replié et ressorti du porteur de détonateur (4).
