Claims (9)

  1. Agencement de calandre à large ligne de contact, pour satiner une nappe de papier ou de carton (2), comprenant au moins une large ligne de contact (16, 16') qui est formée entre une surface de contre-pression dure (7, 7') et une enveloppe périphérique (8, 8') qui est sollicitée dans la direction de la surface de contre-pression (7, 7') par un agencement de sabot de support (9, 9'), et une ligne de contact de calibrage, un dispositif d'humidification (18, 18') étant disposé avant l'entrée de la large ligne de contact (16, 16') et la ligne de contact de calibrage (19) étant disposée derrière la sortie de la large ligne de contact (16, 16') la large ligne de contact (16, 16') présentant un dispositif de chauffage (17, 17') et une quantité d'humidité fournie par le dispositif d'humidification (18, 18') et le dispositif de chauffage (17, 17') ainsi que la longueur de la large ligne de contact (16, 16') étant adaptés les uns aux autres de telle sorte que la nappe de papier ou de carton (2) présente dans la ligne de contact de calibrage (19) au moins la même humidité qu'avant le dispositif d'humidification (18).
  2. Agencement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la ligne de contact de calibrage (19) est formée par deux rouleaux durs (20, 21).
  3. Agencement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface de contre-pression est formée par la surface (7, 7') d'un rouleau dur (6, 6').
  4. Agencement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que deux larges lignes de contact (16, 16') sont disposées l'une derrière l'autre et avant la ligne de contact de calibrage (19), d'abord un côté et ensuite l'autre côté de la nappe de papier ou de carton (2) venant en contact avec une surface de contre-pression (7, 7').
  5. Agencement selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif d'humidification (18, 18') est disposé avant chaque large ligne de contact (16,16').
  6. Agencement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif d'enroulement (24) est disposé à la suite de la ligne de contact de calibrage (19).
  7. Procédé de satinage d'une nappe de papier ou de carton (2), dans lequel la nappe de papier ou de carton (2) est guidée à travers une large ligne de contact (16, 16'), qui est formée entre une surface de contre-pression dure (7, 7') et une enveloppe périphérique (8, 8') qui est sollicitée dans la direction de la surface de contre-pression (7, 7') par un agencement de sabot de support (9, 9'), et la nappe de papier ou de carton (2) est calibrée, la nappe de papier ou de carton (2) étant humidifiée avant son entrée dans la large ligne de contact (16, 16') et étant calibrée à sa sortie de la large ligne de contact (16, 16'), avant l'entrée dans la large ligne de contact (16, 16'), au moins autant d'humidité étant appliquée qu'il en est perdu à nouveau hors de la nappe de papier ou de carton (2) jusqu'à l'atteinte d'une ligne de contact de calibrage (19).
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la nappe de papier ou de carton (2) est chauffée dans la large ligne de contact (16, 16').
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la nappe de papier ou de carton (2) est enroulée suite au calibrage.
