Abstract

Selon l'invention, pour la réalisation de paquets (de cigarettes) de différentes formes, par exemple d'un paquet standard (13), d'un paquet aux arêtes arrondies (14) ou d'un paquet octogonal (15), des groupes et des organes de la machine d'emballage sont remplacés ou désolidarisés de l'entraînement. A cet effet, un organe de travail spécifique à l'emballage à réaliser est pourvu d'un entraînement, lequel présente un dispositif d'accouplement, par exemple des parties d'engrenage désaccouplables. A ces parties d'engrenage sont également associés des organes de manipulation commandés qui permettent un déplacement pour l'accouplement ou le désaccouplement ou bien l'enlèvement d'organes partiels.

Claims (14)

  1. Empaqueteuse destinée à la fabrication de paquets de cigarettes du type étui à rabat au moyen de groupes et d'organes de pliage ainsi que de groupes et d'organes de formage de découpes (28) avec des arêtes de paquet rondes - arêtes rondes - et d'organes de transport pour transporter le matériau d'emballage et les paquets partiellement achevés (13), caractérisée en ce que :
    a) des organes de formage déplaçables à l'aide d'une transmission (30, 31 ; 52, 53) d'un groupe de formage servent au formage d'arêtes rondes dans la zone des découpes (28) lors de la fabrication de paquets à arêtes rondes,
    b) lors d'un changement de fabrication entre des paquets à arêtes rondes, d'une part, et des paquets standard à arêtes rectangulaires, d'autre part, le groupe de formage avec ses organes de formage (30, 31 ; 52, 53) peut être désolidarisée de son dispositif d'entraînement pour le formage d'arêtes rondes de sorte que la découpe plane non pliée (28) traverse le groupe de formage sans que les organes de formage (30, 31 ; 52, 53) n'agissent.
  2. Empaqueteuse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) la position des groupes et des organes de formage (31, 53, 73) ou d'organes de transmission associés à ceux-ci est détectée par des capteurs, en particulier par des initiateurs sans contact (23, 24),
    b) les capteurs ou les initiateurs (23, 24) sont reliés à une commande centrale (27) pour le contrôle de la position des groupes et des organes de formage (31, 53, 73) ou des organes de transmission associés à eux.
  3. Empaqueteuse selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que, lors du changement de fabrication entre des paquets à arêtes rondes, d'une part, et des paquets standard à arêtes rectangulaires, d'autre part, une tourelle de pliage (17) peut être dégagée du dispositif d'entraînement et remplacée par une autre tourelle de pliage (17), dans laquelle la tourelle de pliage semblable à un plateau, tournant autour d'un axe vertical (17) est monté de manière amovible sur une extrémité supérieure d'un arbre vertical (18) et des ressauts palpeurs, en particulier des anneaux palpeurs (25, 26), sont agencés sur la tourelle de pliage (17), lesquels anneaux palpeurs peuvent être détectés à l'aide d'initiateurs (23, 24) positionnés en dessous des anneaux palpeurs.
  4. Empaqueteuse selon la revendication 1 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisée par le fait que des organes de formage (31, 53) pour le formage ou la préparation d'arêtes rondes présentent un mécanisme (32, 56) pour l'exécution de mouvements de travail d'outils, et que ces organes de formage (31, 53), y compris le mécanisme associé (32, 56), peuvent être désaccouplés du dispositif d'entraînement.
  5. Empaqueteuse selon la revendication 4, caractérisée par le fait qu'au mécanisme (32, 56) pour l'exécution des mouvements des organes, des outils ou d'éléments analogues est associé un autre mécanisme, à savoir un mécanisme intermédiaire (34) ou un pré-mécanisme (58), qui est relié au dispositif d'entraînement, et que le dispositif d'entraînement peut être désaccouplé du dispositif d'entraînement dans la zone du mécanisme intermédiaire (34) ou du pré-mécanisme (58).
  6. Empaqueteuse selon la revendication 1 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisée par le fait qu'un arbre d'entraînement ou arbre de manoeuvre (40) est relié à un organe entraîné, en particulier à un levier basculant (41), par un accouplement (48, 49) manoeuvrable de l'extérieur, et que l'organe entraîné (le levier basculant (41)) peut être désaccouplé du dispositif d'entraînement par débrayage de l' accouplement.
  7. Empaqueteuse selon la revendication 6, caractérisée par le fait que l'organe entraîné, en particulier le levier basculant (41), est monté sur l'arbre de manoeuvre par un support mobile, en particulier par une douille (43), et que l'accouplement (48, 49) peut être manoeuvré par déplacement axial de la douille (43).
  8. Empaqueteuse selon la revendication 7, caractérisée par le fait que la douille (43) ou l'élément semblable peut être déplacé dans la direction axiale par une roue de manoeuvre (44) actionnable de l'extérieur, et qu'une partie (48) de l'accouplement est liée à la douille et une partie (49) correspondant à celle-ci de l'accouplement est liée à l'arbre de manoeuvre (40).
  9. Empaqueteuse selon la revendication 1 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisée par le fait que pour le désaccouplement d'un groupe ou d'un organe du dispositif d'entraînement, en particulier une roue intermédiaire dentée (60) peut, par déplacement axial, être mise hors de prise avec des roues dentées qui suivent, en particulier hors de prise avec une roue dentée (59) associée au mécanisme (56).
  10. Empaqueteuse selon la revendication 9, caractérisée par le fait que la roue dentée ou roue intermédiaire (60) peut être déplacée dans la direction axiale par un outil, à savoir un organe de manoeuvre (64), manoeuvrable de l'extérieur.

Empaqueteuse selon la revendication 1 ou une des autres revendications, caractérisée par le fait que des organes ou des outils, en particulier des rouleaux raineurs (72, 73) pour le rainage de découpes (28) ou de bandes de matériau (71), peuvent être enlevés, de préférence par enlèvement d'un arbre ou axe (69, 70) qui porte les rouleaux raineurs (72, 73).
  12. Empaqueteuse selon la revendication 11, caractérisée par le fait que les axes (69, 70) qui portent les organes, en particulier les rouleaux raineurs (72, 73), présentent une pièce désaccouplable (77, 78), les pièces d'axe (77, 78) étant montées de préférence par des extrémités coniques d'accouplement (81, 82) dans des évidements correspondants de pièces supports tournantes montées fixes (79, 80).
  13.
