- the weight compensation devices may also have weights which are raised in the course of the closing movement of the closing element and lowered again in the course of the opening movement.
- the weight balancing device When dimensioning the weight balancing device, particular care must be taken in the case of roller shutters with a closing element in the form of a sheet-like curtain that a considerable breakaway torque of the drive must be overcome at the beginning of the closing movement, while thereafter only a comparatively small moment is required to continue the opening movement.
- This breakaway torque is typically 15 Nm or more, while to continue the movement usually a torque of only 2 to 3 Nm is needed.
- the weight balancing device must be dimensioned so that it provides a correspondingly high breakaway torque available.
- the closing element In the course of the opening movement, the closing element is accelerated in accordance with the breakaway torque and must be braked accordingly upon reaching the open position to avoid damage to the drive, the closing element and / or the winding shaft.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a roller door according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
Roller doors of this type are used in particular for closing hall entrances. In this case, the closing element can be wound in transition from the closed position to the open position on a winding shaft arranged above the hall entrance. This ensures a space-saving storage of the closing element in the open position. For this purpose, the closing element in the form of a so-called. Lamellenpanzers with a plurality of respect. Vertically to the direction of movement of the closing element extending hinge axes hingedly interconnected slats may be formed. In cases where it depends less on a burglar proof completion of the driveway, as on a quick opening of the driveway, the closing element may also be in the form of a web-shaped curtain, for example made of PVC. To assist the opening movement, a weight compensation device is generally used with which the closing element is urged from the closed position upwards in the direction of the open position. Such a weight compensating device can absorb the energy released in the course of the closing movement of the closing element, which energy is later available for assisting the opening movement. Such weight compensation devices can be realized in the form of spring arrangements, in particular tension and / or torsion spring arrangements, which are tensioned in the course of the closing movement and relaxed again in the course of the opening movement. Alternatively or additionally, the weight compensation devices may also have weights which are raised in the course of the closing movement of the closing element and lowered again in the course of the opening movement.
When using roller doors with a closing element in the form of a web-shaped curtain, a stabilizing element is usually provided at the lower edge of the web-shaped curtain. With this stabilizing element, on the one hand, the shape of the lower edge of the web-shaped curtain is stabilized so as to ensure a defined closure of the closing element in the closed position. On the other hand, the stabilizing element serves to support the closing movement. In conventional roller doors, the stabilizing element is realized in the form of a bar attached to the lower edge of the web-shaped hanging.
As already explained, roller doors are used with a closing element in the form of a web-shaped curtain especially when it comes to fast opening and closing movements. In this case, the attachment of the stabilizing element at the lower edge of the web-shaped curtain in the course of the closing movement a considerable risk of injury when the stabilizing element impinges in the course of the closing movement on a person standing in the entrance. Furthermore, objects can be damaged by the stabilizing elements of conventional roller doors in the course of the closing movement. Finally, when using conventional stabilizing elements, damage to the curtain itself and / or the guide elements used to guide the movement of the curtain can occur when a vehicle strikes the curtain in the closed position.
In view of these problems with conventional roller shutter doors, it has already been proposed to replace the stabilizing element, which is usually realized in the form of a rigid rod, by sand filled into a loop formed by folding the lower edge of the curtain on itself. By this sand filling of the lower edge of the curtain on the one hand, the triggering of the closing movement is supported and on the other hand injuries and damage in the course of the closing movement are prevented due to the flexibility of the sand filling. Furthermore, damage to the curtain and / or the guide elements can be prevented by this sand filling, if an object in the closed position of the curtain hits the same. However, in this training Conventional roller doors the originally intended stabilization element function, namely the assurance of a predetermined shape of the lower edge of the web-shaped curtain, no longer satisfied.
Particularly useful it is considered in the known roller shutters, when the stabilizing element has a spring element, in particular a parallel to the lower edge of the web-shaped curtain extending helical axis helically rotating spring element. In this case, the preservation of a predetermined shape of the lower edge can be ensured particularly reliable when the spring element is biased to increase the restoring force at a deformation. The risk of damage or injury can be further reduced if the stabilizing element realized, for example, in the form of a spring element is at least partially surrounded by a layer of resilient material. The stabilizing element of the rolling door known from the cited document can be received in a loop formed at the lower edge of the web-shaped curtain, wherein it has proven to be particularly constructive when the lower edge of the web-shaped curtain is folded back on itself to form the loop.
To increase the operational reliability of the known devices, at least one guide element cooperating with the guide element can be arranged on at least one lateral edge of the closing element. If the guide member is released from the guide element by impact of an object or vehicle on the closing element in the closed position, a reliable guidance of the movement of the closing element can be ensured if an inlet arrangement is arranged at the upper edge of the guide element, with which the guide member at a Closing movement of the closing element is automatically inserted into the guide element.

However, it has been shown that with these in view of reducing injury or damage advantageous stabilizing elements only insufficient stabilization of the closing element in the closed position at wind loads and the like. Can be reached. In view of these problems in the prior art, the present invention seeks to provide a roller door, with the one hand damage or injury of objects or persons located in the entrance can be largely excluded and on the other hand, a sufficient stability of the closing element in the closed position can be reached
According to the invention this object is achieved by the specified in the characterizing part of claim 1 further known roller doors. Preferred embodiments of the invention are indicated in the dependent claims.
Due to the low restoring force when deformed in a direction opposite to the closing direction, a satisfactory reduction in the risk of damage or injury is achieved, while a good stabilizing function in this direction is ensured by the higher restoring force in a direction transverse thereto.
By using a stabilizing element of an elastomeric material and / or a resilient Plastic is a particularly low risk of injury for people achieved. Furthermore, the risk of damage to goods is reduced. This is especially true in comparison to conventional metal parts.
By using stabilizing elements made of an elastomeric material and / or plastic, it is also possible to achieve optimum conditions when starting the rolling door, since no damage or marking marks can occur, as is observed, for example, when aluminum stabilizing elements are used.
According to the invention, the stabilizing element to obtain different restoring forces on at least one leaf spring with perpendicular to the closing direction aligned main surface. It is inventively provided that this leaf spring is embedded in the elastomeric material. A particularly high restoring force in a direction transverse to the closing direction while ensuring a sufficiently low restoring force in a direction opposite to the closing direction can be achieved if at least two spaced apart from each other parallel leaf springs are provided, which are expediently both embedded in an elastomeric material.
In addition, reinforcement wires or the like may also be incorporated into the stabilizing element, as used in the manufacture of toothed belts.
The stabilizing element used in the roller shutter according to the invention can be particularly easily attached to the closing element, when the stabilizing element has a groove arranged at its upper edge and extending in the longitudinal direction of the stabilizing element, in which a lower edge of the curtain is at least partially included. In this case, the lower edge of the curtain can be glued into the groove and / or screwed so as to achieve a particularly reliable attachment of the stabilizing element at the bottom of the curtain.
In rolling doors according to the invention the risk of injury and / or damage of objects or persons located in the driveway and the risk of damaging the roller shutter itself is reduced by providing an elastically deformable stabilizing element. A further reduction of the risk of damage and / or injury can be achieved if the closing element is associated with a safety device operable to switch off and / or cause reversal of a drive device coupled to the closing element, thereby overloading the drive device and sustained application of force to objects located in the entrance or persons are reliably excluded.
In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the securing device has a transmitting element operable for delivering wirelessly transferrable signals and a receiving element operable to receive the wirelessly transmitted signals, wherein the transmitting element and / or the receiving element is preferably arranged in a channel passing through the stabilizing element. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the serving for receiving the securing device channel is provided in the region of the lower edge of the stabilizing element. Additionally or alternatively, however, the channel for the securing device can also be arranged centrally or at the upper edge of the stabilization element. An arrangement in the region of the upper edge of the stabilizing element is preferred when there is a risk that the stabilizing element is exposed to soil moisture in the closed position of the roll-up door.
In the context of the invention, it has proven to be expedient if the stabilizing element is designed in several parts, wherein preferably at least one of the stabilizing element parts is penetrated by a serving to accommodate a security device channel. This stabilizing element part can be "clipped" carried out below the profile, so that when damage to the channel cost-effective replacement of the corresponding stabilizing element part is possible.
In the context of the invention is also thought to arrange a receptacle on the stabilizing element, which allows the definition of commercially available security devices or contact rails. In all embodiments of the invention, which are designed with a serving for receiving a security device channel in the stabilizing element, a deformation of the stabilizing element in the region of the channel for interrupting the transmission path of wirelessly transmitted signals from the transmitting element of the securing device to the receiving element of the securing device can be exploited, so that these Interruption can be used as a reason for the shutdown or the direction reversal of the drive device. In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, the securing device has a light barrier with a transmitting element inserted into the channel of the stabilizing element and a receiving element likewise inserted into the channel of the stabilizing element. In this particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, on the one hand, the signal transmission path can be interrupted by the stabilizing element. On the other hand, the stabilizing element accommodating the receiving element and the transmitting element also effects a reliable protection of the securing device against damage.
In a multi-part design of the stabilizing element, the stabilizing element may also have recordings for fixing of sealing lips or sealing profiles, which may possibly be clipped particularly easily into these receptacles. This embodiment is of interest when large bumps are to be compensated. Additionally or alternatively to be clipped sealing lips or sealing profiles is also thought of the arrangement of fastening webs on one of the stabilizing element parts can be pushed onto the corresponding sealing lips or sealing profiles.
As an additional advantage of a multi-part design of the stabilizing element is to emphasize that such a design allows a particularly low height of the stabilizing element. Then only a small fall requirement of the gate is required. Furthermore, the multi-part design of the stabilizing element also allows a cost-effective and simple production of roller doors.
In conventional roller doors, the movement of the web-shaped curtain is usually performed by means of arranged on the lateral edge of the closing element guide elements in the form of guide rails. In this guide rails engages in the course of the closing movement of the winding unrolled lower edge of the web-shaped curtain. Subsequently, the closing movement is performed using the recorded in the guide rails lateral edges of the curtain. For reliable introduction of the lower edge of the curtain in the guide rail usually an inlet arrangement is arranged at the upper edge of the guide element, with which the lateral edge of the closing element is automatically inserted in a closing movement in the guide element. In conventional roller doors this inlet arrangement is realized by funnel-shaped extensions on the upper edge of the guide rails. However, it has been shown that, in particular in the case of high-speed roll-up doors with stabilizing elements arranged at the lower edge of the curtain, in some cases, despite the use of the known inlet arrangements, malfunctions occur in which the curtain is not introduced into the guide rails in the desired form.
According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, this problem is solved by a development known roller doors, which is characterized essentially in that the inlet arrangement at the top of the guide elements at least two mutually opposite boundary surfaces of the closing element and / or arranged at the bottom of it stabilizing element has applyable biasing means with which the closing element or the stabilizing element is urged in opposite directions and transverse to the direction of movement of the closing element extending directions.
By such Einlaufanordnungen a centering of the lower edge of the closing element is achieved. This centering is designed dynamically, so that in undesirable high deflections in one or the other direction correspondingly high restoring forces are generated by the then biased biasing devices. With this dynamic design of the inlet arrangement, a reliable insertion of the lower edge of the closing elements into the guide elements can be ensured even at high closing speeds. In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, at least one pretensioning device has at least one bristle element elastically deflectable in the unloaded state approximately perpendicular to the closing element in the closed position and elastically deflectable by the closing element or stabilizing element resting thereon, wherein the deflection of the bristle element results in a transverse direction to the closing direction Direction of movement of the closing element directed and acting on the closing element or stabilizing element biasing force is generated.
By appropriate arrangement of the at least one embedded in the stabilizing element leaf spring is achieved that the stabilizing element tilts when approaching from the open position by about 90 ° and is then pressed out of the guides without damage. At wind pressure, the stabilization element remains stable in the lateral guide rails of the roll-up door.
