Claims (5)
- Dispositif pour le traitement de précision de matière, à savoir de la cornée de l'œil humain, comprenant- un laser pulsé, le laser fournissant des impulsions de faisceau laser ayant une longueur d'impulsion comprise entre 50 fs et 1 ps et une fréquence d'impulsion de 100 kHz à 1 MHz, mais pas de 100 kHz, l'énergie des impulsions de faisceau laser individuelles étant de 100 nJ à 5 µJ,- des dispositifs de fixation pour le positionnement et/ou la fixation de la matière à traiter et- un dispositif de focalisation de faisceau qui focalise les impulsions de faisceau laser à l'intérieur de la matière,- le laser pulsé et le dispositif de focalisation de faisceau étant réalisés de telle sorte que les impulsions de faisceau laser provoquent une photo-disruption dans le foyer situé à l'intérieur de la matière,- le laser pulsé étant un agencement d'oscillateur-amplificateur dont l'amplificateur est un amplificateur de laser à fibres optiques,- le dispositif comprenant un module optique qui influence une fonction de phase spectrale des impulsions laser et qui génère une préchirp linéaire dont la valeur est adaptée à la chirp linéaire du système optique.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel sont prévus en outre des dispositifs pour rayonnement destinés à façonner et/ou à guider et/ou à dévier le rayonnement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, dans lequel les dispositifs de rayonnement sont programmables.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 3, dans lequel, par les dispositifs de rayonnement, les impulsions laser sont applicables dans le matériau dans des formes géométriquement prédéfinissables selon un déroulement prédéfinissable dans le temps.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, dans lequel les impulsions de rayonnement laser sont applicables sur le matériau par le dispositif de déviation du rayonnement et dans lequel, pendant ce temps, la fréquence des impulsions est modifiable.
