Claims (6)

  1. Procédé pour produire un emballage, avec les étapes suivantes :
    - formation d'une partie d'emballage supérieure (2) grâce à la réalisation par thermoformage d'une concavité (21) dans un premier matériau en bande (6), et formation d'une partie d'emballage inférieure (3) grâce à la réalisation par thermoformage d'une concavité (31) dans un second matériau en bande (7) ;
    - scellement amovible des parties d'emballage supérieure (2) et inférieure (3) le long d'un contour périphérique (20, 30) ;
    - production d'une soudure solide des parties d'emballage supérieure (2) et inférieure (3) sur un côté (20a, 30a) ; et
    - production d'un affaiblissement (30b) du premier ou second matériau en bande (6, 7) du côté de la soudure solide, dans le joint de la soudure solide, la production de cet affaiblissement (30b) se faisant en même temps que la production de la soudure solide.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, selon lequel le scellement amovible et la production d'une soudure solide se font successivement.
  3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, selon lequel le scellement amovible et la production d'une soudure solide se font dans des dispositifs distincts (12, 13).
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, selon lequel l'emballage n'est séparé du matériau en bande qu'après achèvement des autres étapes.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, selon lequel avant le scellement amovible, l'atmosphère dans l'emballage est remplacée par un gaz de protection.
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, selon lequel un coin (1a, 1b) de l'emballage opposé à la soudure solide est conçu de telle sorte qu'une séparation simple des parties d'emballage supérieure (2) et inférieure (3) puisse se faire au niveau de ce coin.
