Claims (13)
- Procédé destiné au guidage d'un utilisateur dans un bâtiment, dans lequel au moins une première unité de communication (10, 11, 12) transmet des données à une seconde unité de communication (20) mobile portée par l'utilisateur, et dans lequel le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes :a) envoi d'un signal de contact par la première unité de communication (10, 11, 12) dans une portée (R) prédéfinie, permettant d'établir le contact avec la seconde unité de communication (20) ;b) établissement du contact entre la première unité de communication (10, 11, 12) et la seconde unité de communication (20) lorsque la seconde unité de communication (20) se trouve dans la portée (R) et reçoit le signal de contact, de sorte qu'une position de l'utilisateur dans le bâtiment est déterminée,c) réception d'une destination de l'utilisateur par la première unité de communication (10, 11, 12), laquelle destination est transmise parla seconde unité de communication (20), la destination étant dévoilée par l'utilisateur à la première unité de communication (10, 11, 12) au moyen d'un envoi automatique d'une destination préalablement stockée dans la seconde unité de communication (20) ou par la saisie de la destination dans la seconde unité de communication (20) après l'entrée dans le bâtiment ;d) vérification d'un code d'accès transmis par la seconde unité de communication (20) au premier dispositif de communication (10, 11, 12), lequel code d'accès est consigné dans la seconde unité de communication (20), par une unité de calcul centrale et, dans le cas d'une autorisation d'accès positive, transmission de données de l'unité de calcul à la seconde unité de communication (20) par l'intermédiaire de la première unité de communication (10, 11, 12), permettant de guider l'utilisateur à travers le bâtiment au moyen de la seconde unité de communication (20) lorsque la seconde unité de communication (20) se trouve dans la portée (R), les données pouvant être lues par l'utilisateur sur un écran de la seconde unité de communication (20) et le contenu des données transmises dépendant de la position de l'utilisateur à l'intérieur du bâtiment, déterminée dans le cadre de l'établissement du contact, et de la destination de l'utilisateur,e) sélection d'un ascenseur (2, 3, 4) par l'unité de calcul, permettant de desservir un appel de destination, etf) transport de l'utilisateur (30) au moyen de l'ascenseur (2, 3, 4).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un code d'identification est un numéro de téléphone mobile de l'unité de communication (20) ou un numéro de série d'une micropuce de l'unité de communication (20).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des données sont transmises à la seconde unité de communication (20) en fonction de l'autorisation d'accès.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que lors de la transmission des données de la première unité de communication (10, 11, 12) à la seconde unité de communication (20) à l'étape d), un code d'accès pour l'accès à certaines zones de l'environnement est transmis.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la seconde unité de communication (20) transmet le code d'accès à la première unité de communication (10, 11, 12) pour l'accès à certaines zones de l'environnement.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le code d'accès pour l'accès à certaines zones de l'environnement n'est transmis qu'à certains moments ou pendant une certaine durée.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les données ne sont transmises de la première unité de communication (10, 11, 12) à la seconde unité de communication (20) ou de la seconde unité de communication (20) à la première unité de communication (10, 11, 12) qu'à certains moments ou pendant une certaine durée.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la transmission de certaines données est choisie au moyen de la seconde unité de communication (20).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le signal de contact est envoyé à certains moments ou pendant une certaine durée.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la seconde unité de communication (20) est un téléphone mobile ou un ANP (assistant numérique personnel).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la première unité de communication (10, 11, 12) est un terminal fixe.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la portée (R) est inférieure à environ 10 m.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 2 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le procédé comprend également les étapes suivantes :g) transmission du code d'identification de la seconde unité de communication (20) à la première unité de communication (10, 11, 12), permettant de confirmer l'établissement du contact ;h) stockage du code d'identification obtenu et de l'emplacement où celui-ci a été reçu (10 ou 11 ou 12) dans une base de données par la première unité de communication (10, 11, 12) ;i) lecture, lors d'établissements de contact répétés entre la première unité de communication (10, 11, 12) et la seconde unité de communication (20), par la première unité de communication (10, 11, 12), de son dernier point d'établissement de contact (10 ou 11 ou 12) à partir de la base de données, en fonction du code d'identification obtenu en provenance de la seconde unité de communication (20), etj) retour guidé, à l'aide des informations, de l'utilisateur vers son point de départ par transmission des données de la première unité de communication (10, 11, 12) à la seconde unité de communication (20).
