Claims (6)

  1. Procédé d'utilisation d'une machine d'impression, à savoir pour réaliser un changement volant de plaque d'impression sur au moins une unité d'impression de la machine d'impression pendant que d'autres unités d'impression de la machine d'impression fonctionnent en tirage, dans lequel les cylindres porte-clichés sont entraînés respectivement par des unités d'impression fonctionnant en tirage directement par une commande propre ou une commande directe et les unités d'encrage, de même qu'éventuellement des unités d'humidification des unités d'impression fonctionnant en tirage sont entraînées par une commande principale et dans lequel, sur l'unité d'impression ou chaque unité d'impression sur laquelle un changement de plaques d'impression est réalisé, des cylindres d'application d'encre de l'unité d'encrage et éventuellement un cylindre d'application d'humidité sont écartés du cylindre porte-cliché respectif,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    sur l'unité d'impression ou chaque unité d'impression sur laquelle un changement de plaques d'impression est réalisé, l'unité d'encrage ainsi qu'éventuellement l'unité d'humidification sont entraînées par la commande propre ou la commande directe associée au cylindre porte-plaque de l'unité d'impression respective, l'unité d'encrage ainsi que l'unité d'humidification étant ensuite entraînées à une vitesse de rotation nettement plus faible que la vitesse de rotation prédéfinie par la commande principale,
    sachant que, lorsque sur la ou sur chaque unité d'impression sur laquelle un changement de plaques porte-cliché est réalisé, l'unité d'encrage ainsi qu'éventuellement l'unité d'humidification sont entraînées par la commande propre ou commande directe associée au cylindre porte-plaque de l'unité d'impression respective, l'unité d'encrage ainsi qu'éventuellement l'unité d'humidification étant découplées de la commande principale et couplées à la commande propre ou à la commande directe du cylindre porte-plaque respectif.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, si un changement de plaque d'impression doit être réalisé sur une unité d'impression fonctionnant en tirage, les cylindres d'application d'encre de l'unité d'encrage sont écartés du cylindre porte-cliché, sachant que, pour nettoyer le cliché d'impression positionné sur le cylindre porte-cliché et pour nettoyer un blanchet positionné sur le cylindre porte-blanchet coopérant avec le cylindre porte-cliché, le cylindre porte-cliché et le cylindre porte-blanchet de l'unité d'impression restent dans une position de compression.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que, après l'écartement des cylindres d'application d'encre de l'unité d'encrage du cylindre porte-cliché, le cylindre d'application d'humidité de l'unité d'humidification reste rapproché encore pour une durée prédéfinie ou pour un nombre prédéfini de rotations du cylindre.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que, également après l'écartement du cylindre d'application d'humidité de l'unité d'humidification du cylindre porte-cliché, le cylindre porte-cliché et le cylindre-porte blanchet de l'unité d'impression restent rapprochés encore pour une durée prédéfinie ou pour un nombre prédéfini de rotations du cylindre dans la position de compression.
  5. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que,
    pour réaliser un changement volant de plaques d'impression sur une unité d'impression de la machine d'impression pendant que les autres unités d'impression de la machine d'impression fonctionnent en tirage, les étapes successives suivantes sont suivies :
    a) sur l'unité d'impression fonctionnant encore en tirage sur laquelle un changement de plaque d'impression doit ensuite être réalisé, les cylindres d'application d'encre sont écartés du cylindre porte- cliché tandis que le cylindre d'application d'encre reste rapproché du cylindre porte-cliché ;
    b) après une durée prédéfinie ou un certain nombre de rotations du cylindre après l'écartement des cylindres d'application d'encre, le cylindre d'application d'humidité est également écarté du cylindre porte-cliché ;
    c) après une autre durée ou un autre nombre prédéfini de rotations du cylindre après l'écartement du cylindre d'application d'humidité, le cylindre porte-cliché et le cylindre porte blanchet sont passés dans une position de décompression ;
    d) le changement de plaque d'impression est ensuite réalisé sur le cylindre porte-cliché, l'unité d'encrage et l'unité d'humidification étant alors entraînées soit par la commande principale de la machine d'impression, soit par la commande propre du cylindre porte-cliché ;
    e) une fois que le changement de plaques d'impression est réalisé, les cylindres d'application d'encre et les cylindres d'application d'humidité sont rapprochés du cylindre porte-cliché pour préencrage,
    f) le cylindre porte-cliché et le cylindre porte-blanchet de l'unité d'impression sont ensuite soit passés directement dans une position de compression, soit, au sens des étapes a) à c), une autre unité d'impression fonctionnant en tirage est d'abord préparée pour le changement de plaques d'impression.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que, si, dans l'étape f), il est d'abord préparé une autre unité d'impression pour le changement de plaques d'impression, les unités d'impression restant en impression de tirage pendant les étapes a) à c) sont passées provisoirement dans une position de décompression puis repassées en position de compression.
