Claims (6)
- Dispositif pour collationner ou assembler des produits d'impression (3) et/ou des encarts (33), à des assemblages de matériau (23) volants, comprenant un brin opérant (37) matérialisant une piste de convoyage (27) d'un moyen de traction (4) en révolution, faisant partie d'un dispositif convoyeur (6) et auquel des organes d'entraînement (5) sont fixés à intervalles réguliers ; et des dispositifs d'amenée (26) entraînés en synchronisme, qui sont implantés le long de ladite piste de convoyage (27), se différencient au moins par la délivrance de produits d'impression (3) de natures différentes, et sont reliés audit dispositif convoyeur (6) par un dispositif respectif d'entraînement (7), sachant que ledit dispositif convoyeur (6) et au moins un dispositif d'amenée (26) sont entraînés distinctement ; et qu'un premier dispositif mesureur (21, 22) est prévu pour détecter la position d'un produit d'impression (3) supérieur d'un assemblage de matériau (23) transporté sur un tronçon de convoyage (35) de la piste de convoyage (27), un second dispositif mesureur (24) sous la forme d'un capteur de position (24) destiné à la mesure de la position du produit d'impression à amener étant prévu pour déterminer la position d'un autre produit d'impression (3) situé sur le convoyeur d'amenée (28), lesdits dispositifs étant raccordés à un dispositif de commande (13) à capacité de calcul qui calcule, en se fondant sur les deux valeurs de mesure des premier (21, 22) et second (24) dispositifs mesureurs, la position relative escomptée du produit d'impression (3) à amener ou des encarts (33) par rapport au produit d'impression (3) supérieur de l'assemblage de matériau transporté sur le tronçon de convoyage, et qui la compare à une valeur de consigne de position, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif mesureur (21, 22) est respectivement implanté, considéré dans la direction de convoyage (F) des produits d'impression (3), avant une zone de regroupement (36) située sur la piste de convoyage (27), le dispositif d'amenée (26) est relié au dispositif de commande (13) par un entraînement régulateur (29) dont les angles de rotation peuvent être commandés ; et un trajet d'amenée (43), entre ledit dispositif d'amenée (26) et ladite zone de regroupement (36), revêt la forme d'un convoyeur d'amenée (28) relié audit entraînement régulateur (29) dont les angles de rotation peuvent être commandés et dont la valeur de consigne peut être corrigée en correspondance à une déviation déterminée d'après la comparaison.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que l'entraînement régulateur (29), dont les angles de rotation peuvent être commandés, est réalisé sous la forme d'une servocommande.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le trajet d'amenée (43), entre un dispositif d'amenée (26) et la zone de regroupement (36), revêt la forme d'un convoyeur d'amenée (28) relié au dispositif de commande (13) par l'intermédiaire d'un entraînement régulateur (29) distinct.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de commande (13) comporte un calculateur qui calcule la valeur réelle de position (a), après détection de la position des produits d'impression (3) situés sur le tronçon de convoyage (35) et/ou sur le trajet d'amenée (43) ; la compare à une valeur de consigne de position (a) desdits produits d'impression (3) ; puis pilote le convoyeur d'amenée (28) sur la base de la valeur différentielle.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait qu'un capteur (21, 22, 24), prévu pour mesurer la position occupée par un produit d'impression (3) sur la piste de convoyage (27) et/ou sur le trajet d'amenée (43), est orienté vers l'arête antérieure ou postérieure dudit produit d'impression (3).
- Utilisation du dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans une machine de collationnement ou dans un dispositif d'assemblage d'une encarteuse-piqueuse.
