Claims (9)
- Ensemble bague d'étanchéité pour un cylindre pneumatique, l'ensemble bague d'étanchéité comprenant un couvercle (5) et un tampon amortisseur (1) pour un piston (2) susceptible d'être sollicité par un fluide sous pression, le piston (2) pouvant effectuer un mouvement de va-et-vient dans un tube cylindrique (3) et l'ensemble bague d'étanchéité comprenant, en outre, au moins une garniture d'étanchéité statique (4) servant à étancher le tube cylindrique (3) par rapport au couvercle (5) qui est relié, côté face frontale, au tube cylindrique (3), et une garniture d'étanchéité dynamique (6) avec au moins une lèvre d'étanchéité (7) sollicitée dynamiquement, qui peut, pendant l'utilisation conforme à l'usage prévu de la bague d'étanchéité, adhérer à la surface à étancher (8) d'un tenon d'amortissement (9) qui est relié au piston (2) et peut effectuer un mouvement de va-et-vient avec celui-ci, le tenon d'amortissement (9) présentant un diamètre élargi à proximité du piston, l'ensemble bague d'étanchéité comprenant, en outre, au moins une ouverture de communication (10) qui guide l'écoulement et relie les faces frontales axiales (11, 12) de la bague d'étanchéité, caractérisé en ce que la garniture d'étanchéité statique (4) est conçue en forme de bourrelet et peut être enclipsée dans une contre-dépouille conçue en forme complémentaire dans le couvercle (5), en ce que la lèvre d'étanchéité (7) comprend une première arête d'étanchéité (14), en ce qu'à lèvre d'étanchéité (7) adhérente au tenon d'amortissement (9), la première arête d'étanchéité (14) adhère de manière étanche au couvercle (5), en ce que la lèvre d'étanchéité (7) comprend une seconde arête d'étanchéité (15) qui, à lèvre d'étanchéité adhérente au tenon d'amortissement (9), adhère de manière étanche au couvercle (5) et la seconde arête d'étanchéité (15) est placée en amont de la première arête d'étanchéité (14) dans la direction du tube cylindrique (3) mis sous pression.
- Ensemble bague d'étanchéité suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la première arête d'étanchéité (14) est entourée, côté extérieur, avec un écart axial, par la seconde arête d'étanchéité (15).
- Ensemble bague d'étanchéité suivant une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les arêtes d'étanchéité (14, 15) limitent une rainure en forme de C ouverte axialement envers le piston (2).
- Ensemble bague d'étanchéité suivant une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture de communication (10) comprend au moins un alésage (16) disposé circonférentiellement, côté face frontale, d'une part et, d'autre part, côté face frontale, un canal annulaire (17), qui peut être relié dans le tube cylindrique (3) à un trou d'étranglement (18) de manière à guider l'écoulement.
- Ensemble bague d'étanchéité suivant la revendication 4 et une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les faces frontales (11, 12) sont reliées l'une à l'autre par une ouverture d'aération (19) et en ce que l'ouverture d'aération (19) relie le tube cylindrique (3) et la face tournée vers le tube cylindrique (3) de la seconde arête d'étanchéité (15) de manière à guider l'écoulement.
- Ensemble bague d'étanchéité suivant une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le fluide à étancher est l'air.
- Ensemble bague d'étanchéité suivant une des revendications 1 à 6, le couvercle étant relié à la bague d'étanchéité, avec laquelle il forme une unité pouvant être préassemblée.
- Ensemble bague d'étanchéité suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la contre-dépouille (13) est formée par une rainure ouverte radialement vers l'extérieur.
- Ensemble bague d'étanchéité suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le tampon amortisseur (1), la garniture d'étanchéité statique (4) et la garniture d'étanchéité dynamique (6) se fondent les uns dans les autres de manière à ne former qu'une seule pièce en une seule matière.
