Dies betrifft insbesondere Druckmaschinen, bei denen vom Bedienpult aus oft nicht alle Druckwerke sowie der Anlegerbereich und Auslegerbereich einsehbar sind. Aus diesem Grund sind bei größeren Druckmaschinen, insbesondere mit einer großen Anzahl von Druckwerken, mehrere Bedienpulte vorgesehen. So kann z. B. an jedem Druckwerk und insbesondere am Anleger oder Ausleger einer Bogenrotationsdruckmaschine jeweils zumindest eine kleinere Bedienstelle angebracht sein. Mit diesen Bedienstellen können dann lokale Funktionen an den einzelnen Aggregaten wie Druckwerken, Anleger und Ausleger vor Ort bedient werden, so dass das Bedienpersonal das gerade bedienende Aggregat vor sich hat. Die Aufteilung in Zonen kann von den Funktionalitäten der jeweiligen Druckwerke oder auch von der Gefährlichkeit der Einrichtung an den Druckwerken abhängig gemacht werden. So gibt es z. B. seit einiger Zeit Aufsätze für Druckwerke zur Kaltfolienprägung auf Bedruckstoffe. Diese Aufsätze sind meist auf dem letzten oder den letzten Druckwerken oder auf Lackwerken positioniert. Durch den Zwang zur Auswahl ist somit sichergestellt, dass der Benutzer nur die eine Zone mit dem gefährlichen Bereich z. B. Ausleger oder Anleger bedienen kann, ohne gleichzeitig von Bedienvorgängen an anderen Zonen abgelenkt zu werden. Zudem ist durch den Zwang zur Auswahl sicher gestellt, dass bei Bedienvorgängen keine Verwechslungen von Funktionen, welche in beiden Teilen der überlappenden Zonen vorhanden sind, auftreten können, wenn auf der tragbaren Steuereinrichtung zusätzlich die gerade bedienbare Zone optisch markiert angezeigt wird, so dass dem Bediener auch visuell auf der Bedieneinrichtung vermittelt wird, welchen Teil der Maschine er gerade bedient. Zudem ist es möglich, dass den einzelnen Zonen, wie z. B. den Druckwerken einer Druckmaschine, auch an der Maschine selbst optische Erkennungsmittel wie rot aufleuchtende Lämpchen zugeordnet sind, die jeweils gerade passend zu der ausgewählten Zone aufleuchten. Die Druckmaschine 1 in der Figur weist zwei Druckwerke 2, 3 sowie einen Anleger 8 und einen Ausleger 9 auf, welche jeweils einer der Bedienzonen I, II, III, IV zugeordnet sind. Die Druckwerke 2, 3 sowie Anleger 8 und Ausleger 9 werden von der Maschinensteuerung 5 gesteuert. Die Maschinensteuerung 5 weist außerdem eine drahtlose Schnittstelle auf, welche als Funkverbindung in Form einer W-LAN-Verbindung oder Bluetooth-Verbindung ausgebildet sein kann auf. Über diese drahtlose Schnittstelle kann die Maschinensteuerung 5 mit beweglichen Steuereinrichtungen wie einem entsprechend ausgestalteten Notebook 6 kommunizieren. Die Kommunikation zwischen Notebook 6 und Maschinensteuerung 5 findet dann drahtlos über die Luftschnittstelle 7 statt. An der Maschinensteuerung 5 können auch mehrere Notebooks 6 drahtlos angeschlossen werden. Über die drahtlose Schnittstelle 7 kann so das Bedienpersonal über das Notebook 6 die Druckmaschine 1 steuern und Einstellungen an den Druckwerken 2, 3, am Anleger 8 und am Ausleger 9 vornehmen.The
Das Notebook 6 weist zudem zusätzlich einen RFID-Chip 10 auf, welcher ständig ein codiertes Signal beinhaltet. Sobald das Notebook 6 mit dem RFID-Chip 10 in den bereich von mehreren Empfangseinheiten 11 an der Druckmaschine 1 gelangt, kann die Position des Notebooks durch die begrenzte Reichweite der Empfänger 11 einer Zone I, II, III, IV zugeordnet werden. Die Empfangseinheiten 11 sind wiederum an die Maschinensteuerung 5 angeschlossen. Sobald das Notebook 6 den Bereich einer Zone wieder verlässt, sind die Funktionen in dieser Zone vom Notebook 6 aus nicht mehr zu bedienen. Bei den Bedienzonen I bis IV gibt es überlappende Bereiche 4. In diesen überlappenden Bereichen 4 befindet sich das Notebook 6 in der Reichweite mehrere Empfänger 11. Abhängig von der Konfiguration der Bediensoftware auf dem Notebook 6 können dann entweder beide Zonen z. B. Zonen II, III der Druckwerke 2, 3 bedient werden oder der Bediener muss eine Zone I, IV wie z.B. am Ausleger 9 und Anleger 8 auswählen. So ist sichergestellt, dass sich im Bereich des Anlegers 8 und des Auslegers 9 das Bedienpersonal immer für eine Zone entscheiden muss, so dass es bei der Bedienung der gefährliche Bereiche aufweisenden Anleger 8, und Ausleger 9 nicht durch die Bedienung der benachbarten Zonen II, III abgelenkt werden kann. Des Weiteren ist das Notebook 6 so ausgestaltet, dass sich das Bedienpersonal vor der Nutzung zunächst zumindest mit einem Kennwort und zugehörigem Passwort anmelden muss. In Abhängigkeit der Hinterlegten persönlichen Berechtigung kann das Bedienpersonal dann nach erfolgter Anmeldung die für die jeweilige Person frei geschalteten Funktionen in den unterschiedlichen Bedienzonen I bis IV an der Druckmaschine 1 wahrnehmen.The notebook 6 also additionally has an

Claims (13)
