Claims (5)
- Fournisseur de trame pur machines textiles, comprenant un tambour de stockage de fil (12) duquel un fil (F) est dévidé pour alimenter une machine textile, et un dispositif de freinage de trame (18), qui est attaché à un chariot (22) déplaçable le long d'une direction parallèle à l'axe du tambour (12) et est muni de :- un corps de freinage creux (32) ayant un profil circulaire qui est poussé coaxialement, avec sa surface intérieure, contre le bord de sortie du tambour (12) par des moyens actionneurs (20, 21) pour freiner le fil qui se dévide,- un capteur de tension de fil (38) générant un signal de tension mesurée (Tm) indicateur de la tension du fil sortant du tambour,- une unité de contrôle (CU) programmée pour comparer le signal de tension mesurée (TM) avec un signal de tension de référence (Tr) et pour commander lesdits moyens actionneurs (20, 21) de manière à réduire la différence entre ladite tension mesurée et ladite tension de référence,caractérisé en ce que ladite unité de contrôle (CU) est programmée pour générer un signal de freinage insuffisant (Sib, Sib') quand la tension de référence (Tr) est supérieure à la tension maximale disponible avec lesdits moyens actionneurs dans une position de fin de course, et un signal de freinage excessif (Seb, Seb') quand la tension de référence (Tr) est inférieure à la tension minimale disponible avec lesdites moyens actionneurs dans une position de fin de course, et en ce qu'il comprend des moyens pour corriger la position (VD, M) dudit chariot (22, 23) qui peuvent être activés par lesdits signal de freinage insuffisant (Sib, Sib') et signal de freinage excessif (Seb, Seb').
- Fournisseur de trame selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de correction de la position comprennent un dispositif visuel (VD) apte à informer un utilisateur de la nécessité de déplacer ledit chariot (22, 23) de manière à modifier la précharge avec laquelle ledit corps de freinage (32) est poussé contre le tambour (12), quand lesdits signal de freinage insuffisant (Sib, Sib') et signal de freinage excessif (Seb, Seb') sont activés.
- Fournisseur de trame selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de correction de la position comprennent un moteur (M) qui est relié de manière opérationnelle audit chariot (22) et est contrôlé par ladite unité de contrôle (CU) de manière à augmenter la précharge avec laquelle le corps de freinage (32) pousse contre le tambour (12) quand ledit signal de freinage insuffisant (Sib, Sib') est généré, et à réduire ladite précharge quand ledit signal de freinage excessif (Seb, Seb') est généré.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit chariot (22) est commandé par un mécanisme à vis sans fin (23) manoeuvrable par l'intermédiaire d'un bouton (24).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit chariot (22) est commandé par un mécanisme à vis sans fin (23) actionné par ledit moteur (M).
