Claims (11)
- Machine-outil manuelle avec un dispositif comportant un élément de centrage (10) et des éléments d'assemblage par emboîtement (12) pour la fixation d'un outil à engager axialement (14) sur un arbre d'entraînement à entraînement oscillant (16) de la machine-outil manuelle (28), dans laquelle l'élément de centrage (10) est prévu pour le centrage de l'outil (14) par rapport à l'arbre d'entraînement (16) et les éléments d'assemblage par emboîtement (12) sont prévus pour la fixation d'une position de rotation de l'outil (14) par rapport à l'arbre d'entraînement (16), dans laquelle les éléments d'assemblage par emboîtement (12) sont disposés radialement à l'extérieur de l'élément de centrage (10), dans laquelle les éléments d'assemblage par emboîtement (12) présentent chaque fois au moins une face d'entraînement (22) orientée essentiellement dans la direction périphérique, dans laquelle les éléments d'assemblage par emboîtement (12) sont disposés d'une manière présentant une symétrie quadruple, dans laquelle les éléments d'assemblage par emboîtement (12) sont uniformes et sont répartis uniformément sur un cercle autour de l'élément de centrage (10), dans laquelle les éléments d'assemblage par emboîtement (12) sont réalisés en forme de broches, caractérisée en ce que les faces d'entraînement (22) sont de configuration plane et les éléments d'assemblage par emboîtement (12) sont disposés dans une symétrie duodécuple, les éléments d'assemblage par emboîtement (12) étant prévus pour la fixation de l'outil (14) dans douze positions de rotation différentes par rapport à l'arbre d'entraînement (16) lesquelles diffèrent à chaque fois de 30° par rapport à leurs positions de rotation adjacentes.
- Machine-outil manuelle selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de centrage (10) présente une section transversale circulaire.
- Machine-outil manuelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les éléments d'assemblage par emboîtement (12) sont prévus pour l'engagement dans un creux (12').
- Machine-outil manuelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les positions de rotation sont réparties uniformément sur une plage angulaire.
- Machine-outil manuelle selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la plage angulaire vaut 360°.
- Machine-outil manuelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un rayon (18) associé à une position des éléments d'assemblage par emboîtement (12) est plus de deux fois plus grand qu'un rayon (20) de l'élément de centrage (10).
- Machine-outil manuelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce, que les éléments d'assemblage par emboîtement (12) présentent au moins un chanfrein (46) destiné à aider lors d'une opération d'engagement.
- Machine-outil manuelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée par un élément de ressort (24) destiné à produire une force de serrage sur l'outil (14).
- Machine-outil manuelle selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce qu'une force de blocage de l'élément de ressort (24) est associée à un couple de consigne d'une vis de fixation (42).
- Machine-outil mancelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le diamètre de l'élément de centrage (10) vaut entre 4 et 8 mm.
- Système comportant une machine-outil manuelle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10 et un outil avec un élément de centrage (10) et des éléments d'assemblage par emboîtement (12') pour l'engagement axial et la fixation sur un arbre d'entraînement à entraînement oscillant (16) de la machine-outil manuelle (28), dans lequel l'élément de centrage (10) est prévu pour le centrage par rapport à l'arbre d'entraînement (16) et les éléments d'assemblage par emboîtement (12') de l'outil (14) sont prévus pour la fixation d'une position de rotation par rapport à l'arbre d'entraînement (16), dans lequel les éléments d'assemblage par emboîtement (12'), de l'outil (14) sont disposés radialement à l'extérieur de l'élément de centrage (10) et ils sont prévus pour correspondre à des éléments d'assemblage par emboîtement (12) de la machine-outil manuelle, dans lequel les éléments d'assemblage par emboîtement (12') de l'outil (14) sont uniformes et sont répartis uniformément sur un cercle autour de l'élément de centrage (10), dans lequel les éléments d'assemblage par emboîtement (12') de l'outil (14) sont réalisés sous forme de creux, dans lequel les éléments d'assemblage par emboîtement (12') de l'outil (14) sont prévus pour la fixation de l'outil (14) dans douze positions de rotation et les éléments d'assemblage par emboîtement (12') de l'outil (14) sont disposés d'une manière présentant une symétrie quadruple et, par une symétrie duodécuple de l'agencement des éléments d'assemblage par emboîtement (12') de l'outil (14), ceux-ci étant appropriés pour fixer douze positions de rotation différentes de l'outil (14) par rapport à l'arbre d'entraînement (16), lesquelles diffèrent à chaque fois de 30° par rapport à leurs positions de rotation adjacentes.
