Erfindungsgemäß sind die Fülleinrichtung, die Etikettiereinrichtung und die Umformungseinrichtung miteinander geblockt. Bei einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausführungsform weist die Vorrichtung ein Trocknungselement auf, welches die Behältnisse durch mechanischen Kontakt trocknet. Dabei kann es sich beispielsweise um einen Schwamm oder dergleichen handeln. So wäre es möglich, dass bereits an dem Behältnis vorhandene Feuchtigkeit in den Transferbereich zwischen der Fülleinrichtung und der Etikettiereinrichtung und insbesondere zwischen der Verschließeinrichtung und der Etikettiereinrichtung von dem Behältnis abgewischt, abgebürstet oder abgeblasen wird. Claims (6)

  1. An apparatus (1) for shaping plastic preforms into plastics containers and for the treatment of plastic containers, with a shaping device (2) designed to shape plastic preforms into plastic containers (10), with a filling device (4), designed to fill the containers (10) with a flowable medium, wherein the forming device (2) is arranged upstream with respect to the filling device (4) in the conveying direction and with a labelling device (6) which is arranged downstream with respect to this filling device (4) in a conveying direction of the plastic containers (10), which is designed to provide an outer wall of the filled containers (10) with labels, wherein a conveying device (12), which is designed to convey the plastic containers (10) from the filling device (4) to the labelling device (6) along a conveying path, is provided between the filling device (4) and the labelling device (6), wherein this conveying device (12) is designed to convey the plastic containers separately, wherein the apparatus (1) has a closing device (9) arranged between the filling device (4) and the labelling device (6) for closing the containers (10) with closures (10a) and wherein the filling device (4), the labelling device (6) and the shaping device (2) are blocked with each other,

  5. A method of shaping plastic preforms into plastic containers and of treating plastic containers with the steps:
    - shaping of plastic containers, before filling, from plastic preforms by means of a shaping device (2);
    - filling the plastic containers (10) with a flowable medium by means of a filling device (4);
    - conveying the plastic containers (10) from the filling device (4) to a closing device (9), wherein the plastic containers (10) are conveyed separately;
    - closing the plastic containers (10) with closures (10a);
    - conveying the containers (10) from the closing device (9) to a labelling device (6), wherein the containers (10) are conveyed separately;
    - attaching labels to the filled plastic containers;
    wherein at least one area of the outer wall of the plastic containers (10) and, in particular, an area of the plastic containers (10) to be labelled is dried by means of a drying device after the closing wherein the plastic containers are acted upon with a gaseous medium and wherein the temperature of the air used for drying is determined by means of a temperature measuring unit, wherein the filling device (4), the labelling device (6) and the shaping device (2) are blocked with each other, wherein
    the filling device (4) is synchronized with the labelling device (6) in a working operation of the system and wherein this synchronization can be selectively cancelled in the event of a fault in the system.
  6. A method according to claim 5,
    characterized in that
    the plastic containers (10) are dried by means of a gaseous medium occurring in the shaping device (2).
