Claims (1)

  1. Dispositif de flexion et d'équilibrage pour des cylindres de travail (10, 10') d'une cage de laminoir, aptes à se déplacer en direction axiale, en particulier d'une cage de laminoir de type quarto, dans lequel, on prévoit, des deux côtés, dans la fenêtre de chaque cage de laminoir (1), des blocs de guidage (2) à hauteur des empoises de cylindres de travail (3, 3') et la force des cylindres de flexion et d'équilibrage (5) peut être transmise aux empoises de cylindres de travail guidés en direction axiale et aptes à se déplacer en direction verticale, caractérisé en ce que
    - les blocs de guidage sont chaque fois subdivisés en un bloc de guidage supérieur (2) et en un bloc de guidage inférieur (2') ;
    - les blocs de guidage supérieurs (2) sont montés dans la fenêtre de la cage de laminoir (1) de manière à pouvoir se déplacer en direction verticale ;
    - les blocs de guidage inférieurs (2') sont montés dans la fenêtre de la cage de laminoir (1) en immobilité ou également de manière à pouvoir se déplacer en direction verticale ; et
    - dans chacun des blocs de guidage supérieurs et inférieurs (2, 2') pris ensemble, est disposé un cylindre de flexion et d'équilibrage (5) guidé par ces derniers, qui entre en engrènement avec l'empoise supérieure (3) et l'empoise inférieure (3') de cylindre de travail ;
    - des dispositifs de déplacement (6) pour le déplacement axial des empoises de cylindres de travail (3, 3'), y compris le verrouillage (9) des cylindres de travail, sont disposés contre le bloc de guidage supérieur et le bloc de guidage inférieur ;
