Claims (11)
- Corps à rigoles, comprenant plusieurs unités de surface (10) formées à l'identique, à savoir plusieurs unités de fond (11) et plusieurs unités de couvercle (12) formées à l'identique des unités de fond (11), qui sont reliables les unes aux autres via des éléments d'espacement (20) dans un espacement de montage (DE),
caractérisé en ce que
les éléments d'espacement (20, 20') présentent une forme en tronc de cône ou en tronc de pyramide ayant une section transversale circonscrite qui diminue à mesure que l'espacement par rapport aux unités de surface (10) augmente, et sont agencés sur les unités de surface (10) de telle sorte que les unités de fond (11) et les unités de couvercle (12) puissent être posées en se chevauchant les unes les autres à la façon d'un appareil de maçonnerie et les unités de fond (11) soient décalées par rapport aux unités de couvercle (12) et reliées à celles-ci par les éléments d'espacement (20, 20') pour former le corps à rigoles, de telle sorte qu'un agencement de trois unités de surface (10, 10', 10") reliées de telle manière puisse être poursuivi à souhait, sachant que les unités de surface (10) présentent des dispositifs de liaison (41, 43) au bord pour la mise en place de parois latérales (15), et sachant que des parois latérales (15) sont prévues et constituées de telle façon qu'elles puissent être fixées aux unités de fond (11) et aux unités de couvercle (12) en reliant celles-ci les unes aux autres. - Corps à rigoles selon la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
les éléments d'espacement (20) sont constitués comme corps creux et sont formés d'une seule pièce avec les unités de surface (10). - Corps à rigoles selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
les unités de surface (10) sont pareillement orientées et empilables de façon emboîtable, de préférence empilables sans décalage, de telle façon que l'espacement de montage (DE) des unités de surface (10) soit sensiblement plus grand que leur espacement (DS) les unes par rapport aux autres à l'état empilé. - Corps à rigoles selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
les éléments d'espacement (20) et/ou les unités de surface (10) présentent des sections de fixation (21, 22) à prise et à fiche réparties de telle façon que les sections de fixation (21, 22) respectivement complémentaires les unes aux autres s'emboîtent à l'état monté. - Corps à rigoles selon la revendication 4,
caractérisé en ce que
les sections de fixation (21, 22) respectivement complémentaires les unes aux autres sont agencées sur une unité de surface (10) de telle façon que les règles ci-après soient applicables :a) l'agencement de sections de fixation (21, 22) respectivement constituées de pareille façon sur une moitié de l'unité de surface (10) se reflète en miroir par rapport à la diagonale de cette moitié de l'unité de surface (10) ;b) l'agencement des sections de fixation (21, 22) se reflète en miroir par rapport à une première bissectrice de l'unité de surface (10) ;c) par rapport à la deuxième bissectrice de l'unité de surface (10), l'agencement des sections de fixation (21, 22) est inversé de telle sorte qu'au niveau d'une position reflétée en miroir se trouve respectivement l'autre section de fixation (21, 22). - Corps à rigoles selon l'une des revendications 4 ou 5,
caractérisé en ce que
les sections de fixation (21, 22) présentent des dispositifs de verrouillage (24, 25) pour le verrouillage réciproque des éléments d'espacement (20) et/ou pour le verrouillage des éléments d'espacement (20) avec les unités de surface (10) à l'état monté. - Corps à rigoles selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
les unités de surface (10) présentent des sections détachables (13) pour former des ouvertures de contrôle (34) et en ce que des éléments de répartition de charge (30) sont prévus pour être posés sur l'ouverture de contrôle (34) et pour soutenir les unités de couvercle (12). - Corps à rigoles selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
les éléments d'espacement (20, 20') présentent sur leurs viroles des éléments de renfort, en particulier des ondulations de renfort (26) pour les renforcer contre le bossage et le pliage. - Corps à rigoles selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
les parois latérales (15) présentent des montants de paroi latérale (18), lesquels sont en prise avec les éléments d'espacement (20, 20'), de préférence à leurs extrémités, après liaison des parois latérales (15) avec les unités de fond (11) et les unités de couvercle (12) pour soutenir les parois latérales (15). - Corps à rigoles selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
les unités de surface (10) présentent des dispositifs de liaison (41, 43), en particulier au bord, pour la liaison horizontale et/ou verticale avec d'autres unités de surface (10) . - Corps à rigoles selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé par
des éléments de couvercle (35) pour recouvrir des ouvertures dans les unités de surface (10) au niveau des éléments d'espacement (20).
