Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe schlägt die Erfindung ein Rahmen gemäß Anspruch 1 vor. Der Querschnitt des Profils aus schweißbarem, thermoplastischem Kunststoff, z.B. aus PVC, kann durch mehrere interne Längswände unterteilt sein um eine hohe Anzahl von Kammern zu erhalten welche, wegen des reduzierten Abstandes der besagten Wände zueinander, eine mehrfache Verankerung für die Befestigungsschrauben der Beschläge bieten. Die besagte Innenstruktur der Profile, zusammen mit den abstehenden Teilen zur Ausbildung, im Falle eines Flügels, des Anschlags für die Aufnahme der Glasscheibe und/oder des Anschlags welcher auf den Stockrahmen wirkt, bzw. im Falle eines Stockrahmens, des äußeren Anschlags gegen welchen der Flügelrahmen in verschlossener Position anliegt, sichern in den Eckbereichen eine effiziente Verbindung durch Verschweißen was dem Rahmen eine beachtenswerte Formstabilität verleiht ohne dass der Einsatz von Elementen zwecks Erhöhung der Stabilität des Rahmens erforderlich ist. Weiters sind die Profile erfindungsgemäß, sei es an der Innenseite welche gegen den Wohnraum gerichtet ist, sei es an der Außenseite, mit abstehenden Längsstegen versehen welche längs dem äußersten abstehenden Rand mit Einhängvorsprung versehen sind. Diese besagten Stege mit Einhängvorsprung sind für die Aufnahme von Segen vorbereitet welche von der Rückseite von, z.B. metallischen, Abdeckprofilen abstehen welche die gesamte Innen-, bzw. Außenfläche, des Rahmenprofils abdecken. Im Falle von Abdeckungen aus Holz oder Holzderivaten können diese die Form von Leisten haben und den, vom Rahmenprofil abstehenden Längsstegen entsprechende, Längsnuten aufweisen oder an den besagten Abdeckleisten können Pofile oder Elemente angebracht werden welche elastische Aufklipslängsstege aufweisen welche hinter die Einhängvorsprünge an den Längsstegen des Rahmenprofils einschnappen. Die erfindungsgemäßen Abdeckelemente sind so geformt dass sie durch ihre äußersten Längsränder einen Druck auf die am Rahmen vorgesehenen Dichtungen ausüben, so dass diese effizient und dauerhaft am Glas, bzw. am entsprechenden Rahmen, anliegen und die Dichtungen mindestens teilweise abdecken. Die Ausdehnungsunterschiede zwischen dem Rahmen und der Abdeckung, welche, nachdem deren einzelne Profile in den Eckbereichen verbunden sind, die Form eines Rahmens hat, wird wirkungsvoll aufgenommen und zwar teilweise wegen der möglichen Längsverschiebung zwischen dem Fenster- oder Türrahmen und dem Rahmen der Abdeckung, und teilweise durch die Elastizität der Einhängstege. Insbesondere die Abdeckprofile oder Leisten welche am Fenster- oder Türrahmen auf der Seite des Wohnraumes angebracht sind, werden in ihrer Montageposition mittels der Befestigungsschrauben der Beschläge gesichert.
Erfindungsgemäß werden die Längsstege mit den Einhängnasen an den Profilen des Stock- und des Flügelrahmens in allen vier Eckbereichen der Rahmen abgefräst um dadurch dem Abdeckrahmen die Möglichkeit zu bieten, im Falle von Spannungen zwischen dem Flügel-, bzw. dem Stockrahmen und dem entsprechenden Abdeckrahmen, ausweichen zu können, ohne dass die besagten Spannungen zu sichtbaren Verformungen oder zu Beschädigungen führen.
Die Profile welche den Flügelrahmen bilden und auch jene welche den entsprechenden Stockrahmen bilden, werden auf bekannte Weise, samt den anextrudierten Dichtungen, durch Verschweißen verbunden, wodurch eine gegen das Eindringen von Wasser in den Eckbereichen dichte Struktur entsteht. Das untere horizontale Fenster- oder Türprofil hat einen Querschnitt welcher, im Bereich unmittelbar innerhalb der Ausformung des äußeren Anschlages, einen bekannten Kanal für die Aufnahme des, eventuell zwischen Flügel und Stock eingedrungenen, Wassers vorsieht. Die Erfindung wird anhand einiger, in den beigelegten Zeichnungen schematisch dargestellter, vorzuziehender Ausführungsbeispiele von, mit unterschiedlichem Werkstoff abdeckbaren Fenster- und Türrahmen aus thermoplastischem, schweißbarem Werkstoff näher erklärt, dabei erfüllen die Zeichnungen rein erklärenden, nicht begrenzenden Zweck.
- Die
Fig. 1 zeigt einen Querschnitt durch den unteren horizontalen Teil eines Fensterflügels mit Wärmedämmglas und durch den entsprechenden Teil des Stockrahmens, dabei ist das Glas außen in seiner gesamten Erstreckung sichtbar und an einem inneren Anschlag des Flügelrahmens verklebt ist, beide Rahmen sind beidseitig durch Metallprofile abgedeckt weiters ist die Befestigung eines Kegels und eines Metallelementes des Schließmechanismus des Fensters gezeigt. - Die
Fig. 1a zeigt im Detail den äußeren Teil des inFig. 1 gezeigten Stockprofils mit der äußeren Abdeckung welche durch Aufkleben an ein aufgeklipstes Zwischenprofil angebracht ist. - Die
Fig. 1b zeigt im kleineren Maßstab den selben inFig. 1 dargestellten Stockrahmen mit den entsprechenden Details der Eckbereiche des äußeren Abdeckrahmens, des Stockrahmens und des inneren Abdeckrahmens in Vorderansicht von der Innenseite her gesehen. - Die
Fig. 1c zeigt im kleineren Maßstab den selben inFig. 1 dargestellten Flügelrahmen mit den entsprechenden Details der Eckbereiche des inneren Abdeckrahmens und des Flügelrahmens, dabei ist der Abdeckrahmen von der Seite der Verbindungswinkel gezeigt und der Flügelrahmen von der Seite der Längsstege mit Einhängnase gezeigt - Die
Fig. 2 zeigt im Querschnitt den unteren Teil eines Fenster-Flügelrahmens, wobei der Rahmen aus einem identischen Profil hergestellt ist wie inFig. 1 , aber mit einer Glasscheibe samt feuchtigkeitsanziehendem Abstandselement, welche an der Außenseite des inneren Anschlages des Flügels mittels Zwischenprofil angeklebt ist an dessen verzahntem Ansatz ein entsprechend verzahnter Flansch eines im Querschnitt T-förmigen Profils für die fugenlose Abdeckung des Außenrandes der Glasscheibe eingesetzt ist. - Die
Fig. 2a zeigt im Querschnitt ein Detail des selben inFig 2 dargestellten FlĂĽgelprofils mit einem Abdeckprofil welches auf ein Zwischenprofil aufgeklebt ist, welches an der Innenseite des FlĂĽgelrahmens aufgeklipst ist. - Die
Fig. 3 zeigt den Querschnitt durch den unteren horizontalen Teil eines FensterflĂĽgelrahmens und durch den entsprechenden Stockrahmen, wobei beide Rahmen auĂźen durch Metallprofile und innen durch Holzleisten abgedeckt sind. - Die
Fig. 4 zeigt den Querschnitt durch den unteren horizontalen Teil eines Fenster-Flügelrahmens mit vorgesetzter Glasscheibe und zu öffnendem Rahmen mit Zwischenraum für eine Jalusette, beide Rahmen sind durch Metallprofile abgedeckt. - Die
Fig. 4a zeigt den selben inFig. 4 dargestellten Fensterrahmen, ohne vorgesetzter Scheibe und ohne dem entsprechenden Rahmen, jedoch mit einer dreifach Isolierscheibe, wobei di wohnraumseitige Scheibe den Anschlag des Flügelrahmens vollständig abdeckt und an einem, am Flügelrahmen aufgeklipsten, Zwischenprofil verklebt ist, dabei ist der Außenrand dieser Scheibe, wie auch inFig. 2 gezeigt, durch ein im Querschnitt T-förmiges Profil fugenlos abgedeckt. - Die
Fig. 5 zeigt den horizontalen Querschnitt durch einen Teil des Flügelrahmens einer Glastür und durch den entsprechenden Stockrahmen wobei der Flügelrahmen beidseitig von metallischen Profilen abgedeckt ist, der Stockrahmen besteht aus einem traditionellen Metallprofil mit Unterbrechung der Kältebrücke. - La
Fig. 6 zeigt den horizontalen Querschnitt durch einen Teil des Flügels einer Glastür, wobei der Rahmen aus dem selben inFig. 5 gezeigten Profil zusammengesetzt ist und beidseitig metallische oder nichtmetallische Abdeckplatten angebracht sind, dabei ist der umlaufende Außenrand der, den Anschlag des Flügelrahmens abdeckenden, Platte durch ein, im Querschnitt T-förmiges, eingesetztes Profil fugenlos abgedeckt.

Das Profil 2a des Flügelrahmens 2 eines Fensters ist von der Art mit einer an der vertikalen Wand 2f des Profils 2a aufgeklebtem Wärmedämmglas 7 der selbe abstehende Teil mit der besagten Wand mit Klebefläche ist, an der dem Wohnraum zugewandten Seite, mit zwei unter sich beabstandeten Einhänglängsstegen 2b versehen welche, die entsprechenden von einem metallischen Abdeckprofil 20 abstehenden Einhängstege 20a, die Einhängstege 3a eines Metall- oder Kunststoffprofils 3 für das Aufkleben einer Glasscheibe 7a oder die Stege 4a eines Metall- oder Kunststoffzwischenprofils 4 welches an einer Abdeck-Holzleiste befestigt ist, aufnehmen können. Die besagte Glasscheibe 7a kann ausschließlich an der nach innen gerichteten Oberfläche des Steges 2c welcher den Anschlag des Flügels 2 bildet oder auch auf das besagte Zwischenprofil 3, aufgeklebt sein, in jedem Fall ist im Zwischenraum welcher durch das Aufkleben der Glasscheibe 7a entsteht ein bekanntes feuchtigkeitaufnehmendes Abstandselement 70, 70a untergebracht (
Nach außen ist das selbe Profil 2a des Flügels 2 mit Einhängsteg 2d und mit benachbarter Nut, zwecks Aufnahme einer Gummidichtung 2x versehen welche frontal auf bekannte Art die Fuge zwischen dem Profil 2a und der angebrachten Glasscheibe 7 abdeckt. - Window and door frames according to claim 1 characterised in that the profiles (2a, 2i, 23), which form the sashes (2, 2i) of a window or the sash (2t) of a door or of a French window and are equipped with an inner stop (2c, 23c) for the corresponding building frame, comprise a surface on this stop (2c, 23c), which lies in a plane parallel to the plane of the glazing (7a, 7c) carried by the frame, said plane serves as the contact surface for the cover profiles (20, 24, 20m, 23i) or cover strips (20h) or as the adhering surface for glass panes (7a, 7c) or plates (8) made from different material and in that the outer edge of the aforementioned plates, in this last case, at least partially covers the adjacent seal (2y, 23y).
- Window and door frames according to claim 1 characterised in that an intermediate profile (3), be it on the inside of the frame profile (2a) of the sash (2) or on the outside of the frame profile (1a) of the building frame (1), is mountable as a support profile, to which profiles or plates (8) made from different materials can be adhered and in that this intermediate profile (3) applied to the sash frame can support a glass pane (7a, 7c), wherein it is secured, in this case, by at least one screw (3c) on the sash frame.
- Window and door frames according to claim 1 characterised in that the intermediate profiles (3, 4) comprise a toothed extension (3b) at which a correspondingly toothed flange (30a) of a T-shaped profile (30) in the cross-section (30) engages.
- Window and door frames according to claim 1 characterised in that the profiles (1a), which form the building frames (1) and the profiles (2a, 2i, 23) which form the sash frames (2, 2v, 2t), comprise a plurality of inner walls arranged close to each other which form inner longitudinal cavities and in that these inner walls improve thermal insulation, dimensional stability of the frames as well as anchoring of the attachment screws (5, 5a) for the fittings and enlarge the welding surfaces at the edge regions.
- Window and door frames according to claim 1 characterised in that the cover profiles (10) or the cover strips (10h), which are applied to the side of the profiles (1a) of the building frame (1) facing the living space, form a support for the seals (2y) at the edge of the stop (2c) of the corresponding sashes (2v).
- Window and door frames according to claim 1 characterised in that the cover profile (10) or the cover strip (10h) is secured on the profile (1a) of the building frame (1) by means of attachment screws (5a) for the fittings.
