Claims (10)

  1. Clapet d'aération pour des constructions, en particulier des bâtiments, le clapet d'aération (1) comportant un châssis (2), un volet (3) monté de façon pivotante sur celui-ci et un entraînement de clapet (13), le volet (3) étant monté de façon pivotante autour d'un axe de pivotement (9) pour l'ouverture et la fermeture et comportant un corps (7) et l'entraînement de clapet (13) étant disposé au moins en partie de façon enfoncée dans le corps (7) et comportant un moyen d'entraînement (19) et un moyen de sortie tournant (20) relié à celui-ci, qui est conduit hors du corps (7) et s'engage à l'extérieur du corps (7), en particulier avec le châssis (2), caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement de clapet (13) est prévu pour l'ouverture et la fermeture du volet (3) autour de l'axe de pivotement (9), l'axe de rotation (21) du moyen de sortie (20) étant disposé parallèlement à et à distance de l'axe de pivotement (9) du volet (3),
    l'entraînement de clapet (13) comportant un moyen d'entraînement tournant (19), à savoir un moteur électrique,
    le moyen de sortie (20) comportant une tringle de commande (22) entraînée en rotation par le moyen d'entraînement (19), qui comporte à une extrémité libre un élément de sortie (23), en particulier un bras de manivelle ou un bras de levier calé en rotation,
    l'axe de rotation (21) du moyen d'entraînement (19) et de la tringle de commande (22) étant alignés l'un avec l'autre,
    le clapet d'aération (1) comportant un dispositif de verrouillage (14) pour la position de fermeture,
    l'entraînement de clapet (13) ou au moins des parties (19, 22) de celui-ci et le dispositif de verrouillage (14) étant disposés sur une structure ou un support (33) et formant ensemble une unité de construction (37), la structure ou le support (33) étant disposé(e) sur un élément de bord (34) du corps (7) ou étant réalisé(e) sous la forme d'un élément de bord (34).
  2. Clapet d'aération selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de sortie (20) de l'entraînement de clapet (13) est réalisé sous la forme d'une commande à manivelle, en particulier d'une manivelle de poussée.
  3. Clapet d'aération selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement de clapet (13) provoque par un mouvement de rotation alterné du moyen d'entraînement (19) et un entraînement correspondant du moyen de sortie (23) couplé de façon calée en rotation à la tringle de commande (22) un mouvement d'ouverture et de fermeture du volet (3).
  4. Clapet d'aération selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la paroi périphérique en bordure du corps (7), en particulier un cadre profilé, présente une ouverture d'insertion (35) pour l'entraînement de clapet (13).
  5. Clapet d'aération selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la tringle de commande (22) est supportée côté extrémité (28) dans ou sur le corps et pénètre dans un dépassement recouvert ou une feuillure (29) entre le volet (3) et le châssis (2).
  6. Clapet d'aération selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le clapet d'aération (1) présente une alimentation en énergie (39) autonome et éventuellement emportée sur le volet mobile (3) pour l'entraînement de clapet (13) et aussi éventuellement pour le dispositif de verrouillage (14).
  7. Entraînement de clapet pour un clapet d'aération pour des constructions, en particulier des bâtiments, le clapet d'aération (1) comportant un châssis (2) et un volet (3) monté de façon pivotante sur celui-ci autour d'un axe de pivotement (9) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, l'entraînement de clapet (13) étant configuré pour un montage au moins en partie enfoncé dans un corps (7) du volet (3), et comportant un moyen d'entraînement (19) et un moyen de sortie tournant (20) relié à celui-ci, qui peut être conduit hors du corps (7) et qui est configuré pour un engagement à l'extérieur du corps (7), en particulier avec le châssis (2), l'entraînement de clapet (13) étant prévu pour l'ouverture et la fermeture du volet (3) autour de l'axe de pivotement (9) et l'axe de rotation (21) du moyen de sortie (20) étant disposé parallèlement à et à distance de l'axe de pivotement (9) du volet (3),
    l'entraînement de clapet (13) comportant un moyen d'entraînement tournant (19), à savoir un moteur électrique,
    le moyen de sortie (20) comportant une tringle de commande (22) entraînée en rotation par le moyen d'entraînement (19), qui comporte à une extrémité libre un élément de sortie (23), en particulier un bras de manivelle ou un bras de levier calé en rotation,
    l'axe de rotation (21) du moyen d'entraînement (19) et de la tringle de commande (22) étant alignés l'un avec l'autre,
    l'entraînement de clapet (13) ou au moins des parties (19, 22) de celui-ci et un dispositif de verrouillage (14) étant disposés sur une structure ou un support (33) et formant ensemble une unité de construction (37).
  8. Entraînement de clapet selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement de clapet (13) provoque par un mouvement de rotation alterné du moyen d'entraînement (19) et un entraînement correspondant du moyen de sortie (23) couplé de façon calée en rotation à l'arbre de commande (22) un mouvement d'ouverture et de fermeture du volet (3).
  9. Entraînement de clapet selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de sortie (20) présente une tringle de commande ou un arbre de commande (22) pouvant tourner relié(e) au moyen d'entraînement (19) et un palier (28) pouvant être monté sur le volet (3) pour la tringle de commande ou l'arbre de commande (22).
  10. Entraînement de clapet selon la revendication 7, 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce qu'une structure ou un support (33) d'une unité de construction (37) de l'entraînement de clapet (13) et éventuellement du dispositif de verrouillage (14) est disposé(e) sur un élément de bord (34) d'un corps (7) ou d'un volet (3) ou est réalisé(e) sous la forme d'un élément de bord (34).
