Aufgrund dieser stoffschlüssigen Verbindung kann die Beleuchtungseinrichtung nur mit erheblichem Aufwand ausgewechselt werden, was als nachteilig empfunden wird. Desweiteren ist der Bauraum innerhalb des Gurtschlosses begrenzt, weswegen eine sehr kompakte Bauweise der Beleuchtungseinrichtung nötig ist. Darüber hinaus soll der Aufnahmebereich großflächig und mit hoher Lichtintensität beleuchtet werden, sodass der Fahrzeuginsasse den Aufnahmebereich auch bei ungünstigen Stellungen des Gurtschlosses auffinden kann. Bisherige Gurtschlösser erfüllen diese Vorgaben nicht zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Gurtschloss bereitzustellen, das eine möglichst gute und dauerhafte Ausleuchtung des Aufnahmebereichs der Steckzunge bei minimalem Platzbedarf ermöglicht und einet beleuchtete Steckzungen-Einstecköffnung bereitstellt. Das Vorsehen eines ringförmigen Abschnitts am Lichtleiter erlaubt es, die Steckzungen-Einstecköffnung gezielt an beliebigen Stellen entlang ihres Umfangs und vorzugsweise über ihren gesamten Umfang zu beleuchten und so eine eindeutige, wertig wirkende Kennzeichnung der Steckzungen-Einstecköffnung zu bewirken. Claims (17)

  1. A belt buckle comprising a housing (12) and a lighting unit (24) present in the area of a plug-in tongue insertion opening (14), wherein the lighting unit (24) comprises a lamp (32) and a light conductor (26; 26') having a light emission area and the light conductor (26; 26') includes an annular portion (42; 42') which surrounds at least a large part of the plug-in tongue insertion opening (14),

  2. The belt buckle according to claim 1, characterized in that the light emitting area is configured to be peripherally circumferential at an axial end face (48; 48') of the annular portion (42; 42') of the light conductor (26; 26').
  3. The belt buckle according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the light conductor (26) includes a structured surface at an end face (50) facing away from the light emission area.
  4. The belt buckle according to claim 3, characterized in that the structured surface includes a plurality of structures (52), especially prisms, arranged side by side.
  5. The belt buckle according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the light conductor (26; 26') has an extension (38; 38') which projects axially from the annular portion (42; 42') of the light conductor (26; 26') and via which the light of the lamp (32) is coupled into the light conductor (26; 26').

  10. The belt buckle according to claims 1 and 9, characterized in that the housing (12) consists of the first shell member (18), the front panel (22) and a second shell member (20).
  11. The belt buckle according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the lighting unit (24) comprises an electronic control module (28) in which the lamp (32) as well as an electronic system (33) are arranged, and especially wherein the electronic control module (28) is fastened to the inside of the first shell member (18) of the housing (12).
  12. The belt buckle (100) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the light conductor (126) is connected to, especially locked with or permanently attached to the belt buckle housing (112).
  13. The belt buckle (100) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the light conductor (126) includes a coupling element (138) which is coupled to the lamp (132) and is formed to be especially wedge-shaped.
  14. The belt buckle (100) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the belt buckle housing (112) consists of several parts, wherein the light emission area of the light conductor (126) is provided at a rim (121) of the belt buckle housing (112) and is associated with a housing portion (129, 164) on which the rim (121) is formed.
  15. The belt buckle (100) according to claim 14, characterized in that the light conductor (126) is substantially embedded in the housing portion (129, 164).
  16. The belt buckle (100) according to claim 14 or 15, characterized in that the belt buckle housing (112) is formed in two parts and comprises two shell members (118, 120), with the housing portion (164) being provided at the first shell member (118).
  17. The belt buckle (100) according to claim 14 or 15, characterized in that the belt buckle housing (112) is formed in three parts and comprises two shell members (118, 120) as well as an, especially insertable, front panel (122) on which the housing portion (129) is provided.
