Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Arbeitsmaschine gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
Solche mit einem Mast ausgestatteten Arbeitsmaschinen, wie beispielsweise fahrbare Betonpumpen, Pumpmischer, Bagger oder Kräne, weisen in der Regel mindestens zwei Mastarme auf, welche gegeneinander verschwenkbar sind, um den Mast, der eine beachtliche Länge aufweisen kann, zum Transport platzsparend zusammenfalten zu können. Die Mastarme werden im gefalteten Zustand dabei aufeinandergelegt, wobei lediglich der letzte, ein freies Ende aufweisende Mastarm mit seinem freien Ende oder nahe dem freien Ende auf einer fahrgestellfesten Abstützeinrichtung abgestützt wird. Die weiteren, aufeinanderliegenden Mastarme stützen sich dagegen jeweils lediglich auf dem nächstunteren Mastarm ab. Die Abstützfläche 46 wird dabei durch eine im Wesentlichen horizontal verlaufende Bodenfläche 48 sowie zwei beiderseits der Bodenfläche 48 sich in einer Richtung senkrecht zur Längsachse des Gelenkbolzens 38 erstreckende, mit der Bodenfläche 48 einen stumpfen Winkel einschließende Seitenwände 50 gebildet. Die Rinnenform der Abstützfläche 46 wirkt beim Ablegen der Rolle 42 zentrierend, so dass die Rolle 42 nicht exakt auf der Bodenfläche 48 aufsetzen muss, sondern die jeweilige Seitenwand 50 hinuntergleitet, wenn sie ein Stück weit neben der Bodenfläche 48 aufgesetzt wird. Claims (7)

  1. A work machine comprising a chassis, comprising a boom pedestal (14), which is mounted on the chassis and has a rotary head (12) rotatable about a vertical rotational axis, and comprising a boom (16) having at least two boom arms (20, 22, 24, 26), wherein each of the boom arms (20, 22, 24), with the exception of a last boom arm (26) having a free end (30), is pivotably connected, starting from a first boom arm (20), to the respectively following boom arm (22, 24, 26) by means of an articulation (28), wherein at least one, and preferably each, of the articulations (28) has a hinge bolt (38), which pivotably connects two parts of the articulation (28) one to the other and wherein the first boom arm (20) is mounted on the rotary head (12) so as to be pivotable about a horizontal pivot axis, and comprising at least one chassis-fixed supporting device (44), which has a supporting surface (46) on which a component of the articulation (28) or a component of one of the articulations (28) is supported, characterized in that the hinge bolt or hinge bolts (38) has or have a supporting section (40) which projects beyond the articulation parts connected by said hinge bolt(s), which supporting section(s) is or are supported on the relevant supporting surface (46).
  2. The work machine as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that on at least one, and preferably on each, of the supporting sections (40) there is mounted a roller (42), which is rotatable about a longitudinal axis of the hinge bolt (38) and which rests on the relevant supporting surface (46).
  4. The work machine as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that at least one, and preferably each, of the supporting surfaces (46) extends so far in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the associated hinge bolt (38) that it projects beyond the roller (42) to both sides.
  5. The work machine as claimed in claim 3 or 4, characterized in that at least one, and preferably each of the supporting surfaces (46), is formed in the shape of a channel, having a base surface (48) and having side walls (50) extending obliquely upward to both sides of borders of the base surface (48), which borders run perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the hinge bolt (38).
  6. The work machine as claimed in one of claims 3 to 5, characterized in that the roller(s) (42) is or are formed of plastic.
  7. The work machine as claimed in one of the preceding claims, characterized by a further supporting device (52), on which the free end (30) of the last boom arm (26) is supported.
