Claims (16)

  1. Machine (1) pour le traitement d'une bande (2) de matériau pour l'industrie du tabac, comprenant :
    - une unité de déroulement (10) pour dérouler une bande (2) de matériau pour l'industrie du tabac le long d'un parcours d'alimentation (P) ;
    - une unité (20) pour le traitement de la bande (2), située en aval de l'unité de déroulement (10) le long du parcours d'alimentation (P) et configurée pour recevoir et traiter la bande (2), l'unité de traitement (20) étant configurée pour fonctionner en continu sur la bande (2) lorsque la bande (2) est déroulée par l'unité de déroulement (10) ;
    - un mécanisme de guidage (40) comprenant un dispositif de retenue (41) configuré pour retenir une partie d'extrémité (2a) de la bande (2), le mécanisme de guidage (40) étant configuré pour guider automatiquement la partie d'extrémité (2a) le long d'au moins une portion du parcours d'alimentation (P) de manière à disposer la bande (2) en butée contre et/ou partiellement enroulée sur des moyens de guidage et/ou de transfert et/ou de traitement de l'unité de traitement (20).
    caractérisée en ce que ladite machine comprend des moyens de déplacement (50) configurés pour déplacer le mécanisme de guidage (40) et comprenant un guide (51) disposé le long d'une trajectoire (T) et au moins un actionneur (52) configuré pour déplacer le mécanisme de guidage (40) le long du guide (51) ; et en ce que le mécanisme de guidage (40) comprend un chariot (42) étant mobile le long du guide (51) et au moins un bras (43) monté sur le chariot (42) au moyen d'un accouplement (44) définissant au moins un degré de liberté pour tourner autour d'un premier axe de rotation (X) ; le dispositif de retenue (41) étant monté sur l'au moins un bras (43).
  2. Machine (1) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le mécanisme de guidage (40) comprend un bras (43) définissant un élément rigide individuel se prolongeant entre l'accouplement (44) et le dispositif de retenue (41), et dans laquelle le dispositif de retenue (41) est monté à une extrémité libre du bras (43) opposée à l'accouplement (44).
  3. Machine (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle le premier axe de rotation (X) est perpendiculaire à la trajectoire (T) et de préférence horizontal.

Machine (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, comprenant une paroi de support verticale (1a) à laquelle l'unité de déroulement (10) et l'unité de traitement (20) sont en porte-à-faux, et dans laquelle le parcours d'alimentation (P) repose essentiellement dans un premier plan de position parallèle à la paroi de support verticale (1a) à une première distance de la paroi de support verticale (1a), et dans laquelle la trajectoire (T) repose dans un deuxième plan de position parallèle à la paroi de support verticale (1a) à une deuxième distance de la paroi de support verticale (1a), supérieure à la première distance.
  5. Machine (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la trajectoire (T) est rectiligne et de préférence horizontale.
  6. Machine (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle la trajectoire (T) repose au-dessus du parcours d'alimentation (P).
  7. Machine (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le dispositif de retenue (41) comprend un préhenseur (41a) ou une unité d'aspiration pneumatique.
  8. Machine (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le dispositif de retenue (41) se prolonge transversalement par rapport à l'au moins un bras (43), de préférence perpendiculairement.
  9. Machine (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, comprenant :
    - des moyens de détection configurés pour détecter une variation de la tension de la bande (2) le long du parcours d'alimentation (P) et/ou de l'intégrité de la bande (2) le long du parcours d'alimentation (P), par rapport à des valeurs de référence prédéterminées ; et
    - une unité de commande et d'entraînement reliée aux moyens de détection et configurée pour entraîner sélectivement le mécanisme de guidage (40) lorsque la valeur de la variation de tension ne répond pas à des critères d'acceptabilité donnés.
  10. Machine (1) selon la revendication 9, comprenant un dispositif de découpe configuré pour couper la bande transversalement dans une zone de la bande (2) où la variation a été détectée, le dispositif pouvant être sélectivement activé par l'unité de commande et d'entraînement.
  11. Machine (1) selon la revendication 10, dans laquelle le dispositif de retenue (41) comprend le dispositif de découpe.
  12. Procédé de traitement d'une bande de matériau pour l'industrie du tabac, comprenant :
    - une étape consistant à dérouler une bande (2) de matériau pour l'industrie du tabac le long d'un parcours d'alimentation (P) ;
    - une étape de traitement de la bande (2) le long du parcours d'alimentation (P) ;
    - une étape consistant à retenir une partie d'extrémité (2a) de la bande (2) et à guider automatiquement cette partie d'extrémité (2a) le long d'au moins une portion du parcours d'alimentation (P) de manière à disposer la bande (2) en butée contre et/ou partiellement enroulée sur des moyens de guidage et/ou de transfert et/ou de traitement d'une unité de traitement (20) d'une machine (1) de traitement d'une bande (2) de matériau pour l'industrie du tabac, de préférence une machine (1) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, l'unité de traitement (20) fonctionnant en continu sur la bande (2) lorsque la bande (2) est déroulée ;
    l'étape de retenue étant effectuée par un mécanisme de guidage (40) comprenant un dispositif de retenue (41) configuré pour retenir une partie d'extrémité (2a) de la bande (2) et par des moyens de déplacement (50) configurés pour déplacer le mécanisme de guidage (40), les moyens de déplacement (50) comprenant un guide (51) disposé le long d'une trajectoire (T) et au moins un actionneur (52) configuré pour déplacer le mécanisme de guidage (40) le long du guide (51) ;
    le mécanisme de guidage (40) comprenant un chariot (42) étant mobile le long du guide (51) et au moins un bras (43) monté sur le chariot (42) au moyen d'un accouplement (44) définissant au moins un degré de liberté pour tourner autour d'un premier axe de rotation (X) ;
    le dispositif de retenue (41) étant monté sur l'au moins un bras (43) .
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, dans lequel l'étape de retenue et de guidage de la bande (2) est accomplie en retenant la partie d'extrémité (2a) de la bande (2) mécaniquement ou par aspiration pneumatique.
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 13, dans lequel l'étape de retenue et de guidage est précédée d'une étape de déplacement automatique d'un dispositif de retenue (41) qui est configuré pour retenir la partie d'extrémité (2a) de la bande (2) vers la partie d'extrémité (2a) de la bande (2) de telle sorte que le dispositif de retenue (41) puisse se mettre en prise automatiquement avec la partie d'extrémité (2a) pour mettre en œuvre l'étape de retenue et de guidage.
  15. Procédé selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 12-14, comprenant une étape de détection d'une variation, le cas échéant, de la tension de la bande (2) le long du parcours d'alimentation (P) et/ou de l'intégrité de la bande (2) le long du parcours d'alimentation (P), par rapport à des valeurs de référence prédéterminées, suivie d'une étape d'entraînement sélectif du dispositif de retenue pour mettre en œuvre l'étape de retenue et de guidage, lorsque la valeur de la variation ne satisfait pas des critères d'acceptabilité donnés.
  16. Procédé selon la revendication 15, comprenant une étape consistant à couper la bande (2) transversalement dans une zone de la bande (2) où la variation a été détectée.
