Description
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Straßenfertiger, umfassend zumindest ein Kanalblech. Ein solcher Straßenfertiger dient zum Einbau von gebundenen und ungebundenen Mischgütern zur Herstellung von Flächenbefestigungen, siehe insbesondere Straßen. Dabei besteht die Möglichkeit, dass eine bestimmte Arbeitsgrundbreite des Straßenfertigers durch seitlich angebaute Schneckenförderer vergrößert wird. Die entsprechenden Schneckenförderer bzw. Schneckenverbreiterungen werden mit Kanalblechen montiert. Solche Kanalbleche werden in Fahrtrichtung vor einer entsprechenden Schneckenwelle an einem Schneckenfördererrahmenteil oder direkt am Chassis des Straßenfertigers montiert. Sie bilden zusammen mit einer Einbaubohle einen sogenannten Schneckentrog. Die Kanalbleche benötigen einen Mindestabstand zum Boden bzw. Planum, um Kollisionen mit diesem zu vermeiden. Bei größeren Einbaudicken wird durch eine Schnecken- bzw. - Road finisher according to claim 3, characterised in that a pivot axis (13) connects limiting plate (6) and flap extension (10).
- Road finisher according to one of claims 2 to 4, characterised in that the flap extension (11) is connected via an adjustable joint mechanism (14) to a side of the limiting plate (6) directed away from the screw conveyor (2).
- Road finisher according to claim 5, characterised in that the joint mechanism (14) has a hinge rod (16) and a hinged flange (17) projecting from the flap extension (11), on which hinged flange the hinge rod (16) is pivotably mounted.
- Road finisher according to claim 6, characterised in that the hinge rod (16) is fixed to a retaining bracket (18) projecting from the rear side (15) of the limiting plate (6) in at least one fold-in and one fold-out position (19, 20).
- Road finisher according to claim 7, characterised in that the retaining bracket (18) has two spaced-apart bracket parts (21, 22), between which the hinge rod (16) is arranged and/or the hinge rod (16) has a number of positioning openings (23) by means of which different relative positions of the hinge rod (16) and retaining bracket (18) are fixed.
- Road finisher according to claim 7 or 8, characterised in that the retaining bracket (18) has at least two fixing opening pairs (24, 25) which are spaced apart from one another substantially perpendicularly to the rear side (15) of the limiting plate (6) and with which the positioning openings (23) are aligned in different relative positions and in which a fixing means (26) engages.
- Road finisher according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the hinge rod (16) has at its upper end (27) a handle (28) and/or a lower joint section (29) inclined in the direction of the hinged flange (17) and a positioning section (30) extending substantially vertically from the latter in the direction of the retaining bracket (18).
- Road finisher according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the limiting plate extension (10) is designed as a slide extension (31) with a substantially vertically displaceable sliding plate (32) and a bearing part (33), wherein the bearing part (33) can be attached to the limiting plate (6).
- Road finisher according to claim 11, characterised in that the bearing part (33) has a sliding guide (34) for a sliding rod (35) connected to the sliding plate (32) and/or guide slots (36) for sliding projections (37) projecting from the sliding plate (32).
- Road finisher according to claim 12, characterised in that the sliding plate (32) has an adjusting projection (38) with a threaded section (39), in which the sliding rod (35) is engaged with an externally threaded section (40) for height adjustment.
- Road finisher according to claim 12 or 13, characterised in that the displacement projections (37) are constructed as displacement bolts (41) and/or have a screw connection end section (42).
- Road finisher according to one of claims 12 to 14, characterised in that the sliding rod (35) is mounted longitudinally displaceably in a bore (44) formed in an upper cover edge (43) of the sliding plate (32).
- Road finisher according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the limiting plate extension (10) has a rubber wiper at its lower end (45) or a lower end section of the limiting plate extension (10) is designed as a rubber wiper.
