LA PRESENTE INVENCION RESUELVE EL PROBLEMA DE CURVAR OBJETOS, EN ESPECIAL LOS PARALELOS AL PISO, SIN EMPLEAR UNA FUERZA EXTERNA. EL METODO DE ACUERDO CON LA PRESENTE INVENCION CONSISTE EN SOMETER EL MATERIAL OBJETO DE CURVATURA A UN PROCESO REPETITIVO, EN DOS FASES, DE CALENTAMIENTO Y ENFRIAMIENTO. DURANTE LA PRIMERA FASE EL MATERIAL SUFRE CALENTAMIENTO CON UNA CORRIENTE DE ENERGIA CONCENTRADA, PRODUCIENDO UN EFECTO TERMICO A LO LARGO DE LA LINEA DE CURVATURA PREDETERMINADA Y UNA PLASTIFICACION PARCIAL, FUSION Y FLUIDIFICACION EN LA REGION DE LA LINEA DE CURVATURA. POR OTRA PARTE, EL MATERIAL SE SOMETE EN LA SEGUNDA FASE A ENFRIAMIENTO A LA TEMPERATURA AMBIENTE O, ADICIONALMENTE, A UNA CORRIENTE DE AIRE FLUYENTE, HACIENDO QUE EL MATERIAL PREVIAMENTE CALENTADO SE CONTRAIGA A LO LARGO DE LAS FIBRAS EN LA DIRECCION PERPENDICULAR A LA LINEA DE CURVATURA, DEBIDO A LA TENSION INTERNA CREADA POR LA CONTRACCION TERMICA DEL MATERIAL EN LA REGION CALENTADA, Y ASI LA DEFORMACION DEL MATERIAL SE CAMBIA PERMANENTEMENTE. EL METODO ES ADECUADO PARA CURVAR OBJETOS METALICOS.
