Abstract

Método para la evaluación clínica del sistema fonador de pacientes con patologías laríngeas a través de una evaluación acústica de la calidad de la voz.#La presente invención se refiere a un método que evalúa de forma objetiva una grabación de la fonación sostenida de una vocal por medio de un sistema informático. Este método mide, de forma objetiva, cuatro aspectos de la calidad de la voz: la estabilidad de la voz, la riqueza espectral, la presencia de ruido y las irregularidades en las masas. Para ello asigna el valor de una determinada medida a cada una de los diferentes aspectos que caracterizan la calidad de la voz, donde además se han identificado los rangos de normalidad.Method for the clinical evaluation of the voice system of patients with laryngeal pathologies through an acoustic evaluation of voice quality. # The present invention relates to a method that objectively evaluates a recording of sustained phonation of a vowel by means of a computer system. This method measures, objectively, four aspects of voice quality: voice stability, spectral richness, the presence of noise and irregularities in the masses. For this, it assigns the value of a certain measure to each of the different aspects that characterize the voice quality, where the normal ranges have also been identified.
