Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un sistema de control de iluminación especialmente adaptado para su empleo en escaparates basado en el mantenimiento del contraste entre interior y exterior sustancialmente constante, ahorrando consumo eléctrico y mejorando la exposición de los productos.#Para ello, el sistema de control de iluminación comprende una fuente de alimentación regulable, conectada con una o más lámparas, un medidor de luminancia configurado para medir la luminancia interior del escaparate y unos medios de procesamiento configurados para estimar la luminancia exterior y el contraste a partir de la luminancia interior medida. Dichos medios son capaces de calcular, a partir de un valor deseado de contraste entre la luminancia exterior y la luminancia interior, la potencia que necesita la fuente de alimentación para conseguir tal efecto.
