Abstract
La presente invención describe la aplicación del 2,5-dihidroxibencenosulfonato de calcio (calcio dobesilato) para el tratamiento de la acondroplasia (enanismo). La aplicación del 2,5-dihidroxibencenosulfonato de calcio (calcio dobesilato) es capaz de reducir el nivel de fosforilación de las proteínas ERK1/2 que están anormalmente elevadas en la acondroplasia y causa los efectos característicos del enanismo.
