Abstract

Método de reconstrucción con un dispositivo háptico de espinas dendríticas. En dicho método, a partir de una imagen tridimensional inicial de dichas espinas dendríticas, se realizan las siguientes etapas: (1) seleccionar un isovalor, (2) seleccionar con un dispositivo háptico dos puntos en dicha imagen tridimensional, (3) establecer un recorrido entre estos dos puntos e (4) incrementar con el dispositivo háptico los valores de intensidad de señal en los vóxeles situados alrededor de dicho recorrido y generar una imagen tridimensional final que contiene una completa reconstrucción de dichas espinas dendríticas.Reconstruction method with a haptic device of dendritic spines. In said method, from an initial three-dimensional image of said dendritic spines, the following steps are performed: (1) select an isovalue, (2) select with a haptic device two points in said three-dimensional image, (3) establish a path between these two points and (4) increase the signal intensity values in the voxels located around said path with the haptic device and generate a final three-dimensional image that contains a complete reconstruction of said dendritic spines.
