Abstract

Procédé perfectionné pour la séparation de cire à partir de suspensions d'huile hydrocarbonée en contenant. Ce procédé pour séparer les particules est caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise une suspension contenant lesdites particules de cire et une huile hydrocarbonée par filtration de ladite suspension au travers d'une toile utilisée à titre de moyen de filtration, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen de filtration est constitué par une toile en feutre aiguilleté fabriquée à partir de fibres fusibles en utilisant une flamme, ladite toile ayant une surface flambée et fondue sur laquelle ladite cire est recueillie, la toile étant en outre caractérisée en ce qu'elle a une valeur effective de rugosité superficielle en moyenne quadratique supérieure à 125 emq mu et un facteur d'encrassement supérieur à environ 75 %. Augmentation de la capacité de traitement des installations de déparaffinage d'huiles hydrocarbonées.
