Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de produits céramiques frittés. Ces produits sont constitués d'environ 55 à environ 99,5 % en poids de carbure de silicium fritté avec d'environ 0,5 à environ 45 % en poids de nitrure d'aluminium. Les produits frittés ainsi obtenus ont une densité apparente égale à au moins 75 % de la densité théorique du carbure de silicium. Domaine d'application fabrication de pièces frittées.
