Method for production of a compound with formula (I) <IMAGE> in which Ar is aryl or substituted aryl and R3 is hydrogen, alkyl or aralkyl, in which method one reduces a compound with formula (II) <IMAGE> in which Ar and R3 denote the same as in formula (I) and R4 is an alkyl. The compounds with formula (I) are extraordinarily useful chemical intermediates.
