Abstract
1356832 Magnetic switches SUWA SEIKOSHA KK 2 Nov 1971 [16 Nov 1970 17 Nov 1970] 50902/71 Heading H1N A magnetic switch with reed contact units 30 operable by a movable permanent magnet 35, 41, has the contact units mounted on one side of a base-plate 25 which is recessed at the other side to allow movement of the magnet. The magnet 35 may be polarized in a direction normal to its line of movement 36 with the unit 30 mounted symmetrically (Fig. 2) or the magnet 41 may be polarized along its line of movement with the contact unit 30 off-set therefrom (Fig. 3). The recesses may be hemispherical and marked with indicia (Figs. 4 and 5, not shown).
