Racks for light articles.- Tool and like racks or holders comprise a circular or other shaped platform c with holes therein for receiving drills &c. and mounted so as to be free to rotate around a pivot a of a flanged support d which may be provided with a number of pivots such as a, b so that the support may be stood on an horizontal surface or fixed to a vertical or inclined surface while the platform c remains horizontal. The platform is retained in place by a grub screw g which projects into a groove f.
