214,028. Haley, C. H., and Haley, K., (trading as Haley & Co., C. H.). Feb. 6, 1923. Castors for use on racks, tubs, and other containers for transporting goods in course of manufacture are provided with means for preventing access of dirt, waste material &c. to the ball race 10 consisting of a downwardly directed flange 1<a> to the head part 1, the lower edge 5 of which carries a ring 7 which extends across the joint 6 between the head 1 and the swivelling part 3 which carries the castor wheel. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 3930/76, 2330*/81, 9639/85, 19680/89, 26753/98, and 9780/00.
