Description

SPECIFICATION Disposable stove The present invention relates to a disposable stove especially adapted for use in picnic.
As a result of rapid population growth, more and more people are engaging in camping as a leisure activities to relieve day-to-day stress. Needless to say, equipment must be light, compact and safe.
However, the camping stoves on the market are expensive, large and dangerous.
It is, therefore, an object of the present invention to obviate the above-mentioned drawbacks.
It is a primary object of the present invention to provide a disposable stove which is convenient to carry.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a disposable stove which is easy to operate.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a disposable stove which is economic to produce.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a disposable stove which may be disposed after use.
It is a further object of the present invention to provide a disposable stove which is simple in structure.
It is still a further object of the present invention to provide a disposable stove which will not cause any danger.
Other objects and merits and a fuller understanding of the present invention will be obtained by those having ordinary skill in the art when the following detailed description of the best mode comtemplated for practicing the invention has been read in conjunction with the accompanying drawings wherein like numerals refer to like or similar parts and in which: Brief description of the drawings Figure l is a perspective view of a disposable stove according to the present invention; Figure 2 is a fragmentary perspective view of the disposable stove; Figure 3 shows the construction of the igniting means of the disposable stove; and Figure 4 is a perspective view of another preferred embodiment of the present invention.
Before explaining the present invention in detail it is to be understood that the invention is not limited in its application to the details of construction and arrangement of parts illustrated in the accompanying drawings, since the invention is capable of other embodiments and of being practiced or carried out in various ways. Also, it is to be understood that the phraselogy or terminology employed herein is for the purpose of description and not of limitation.
With reference now to the drawings and in particular to Figures 1 and 2 thereof, the disposable stove according to the present invention comprises a cylindrical body (5) which is provided with a rectangular slot (51) at its lower part. The rectangular slots (51) are served to ensure that the present invention will be supplied with sufficient air at the time of burning. On the top of the cylindrical body (5) is force-fitted a lid (3) which comes with three openings (31). A piece of board (1) is provided on the lid (3) so as to close the openings (31). At the bottom of the cylindrical body (5) is force-fitted a base (2). On the base (2) is fixedly attached a supporting frame (9) which has two ridges (91) on its upper surface and a center hole (92). On the supporting frame (9) there is a solid fuel (7) which comes with V-shaped slots respectively located at its top and bottom. The solid fuel (7) is secured on the supporting frame (9) by mounting a pair of fixing wires (6) in the manner that projections (62) of the fixing wires (6) go through the center hole (92) of the supporting frame (9) into the center hole (71) of the solid fuel (7) while projections (61) of the fixing wires (9) clamp against the V-shaped notch (72) on the upper surface of the solid fuel (7). The solid fuel (7) is preferably made of a mixture of wax and alcohol and composed of several layers. Under the supporting frame (9) is fixed an igniting means (90). As illustrated in Figure 3, the igniting means (90) comprises a matchstick (93), an envelope (92) made of touchpaper and a string (94) connected with the matchstick (93).The matchstick (93) is fitted into the envelope (92) so that when the matchstick (93) is drawn out of the envelope (92) by pulling the string (94), the matchstick (93) will be ignited thereby setting the solid fuel (7) on fire. Further, a label (4) is provided on the surface of the cylindrical body (5) so as to close the rectangular slots (51) of the cylindrical body (5).
In use, first remove the label (4) and the board (1), and then pull out the matchstick (93) to ignite the solid fuel (7).
Referring to Figure 4, there is shown another preferred embodiment of the present invention. As shown, the opening (31) of the lid (3) and the rectangular slots (51) of the cylindrical body (5) are sealed but may be easily opened by pulling retained caps (95).
Although this invention has been described with a certain degree of particularity, it is understood that the present disclosure has been made by way of example only and that numerous changes in the detail of construction and the combination and arrangement of parts may be restored to without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.
