Abstract
217,935. Viegetmann, R. June 22, 1923, [Convention date]. Capsules.-A collapsable container for toilet preparations, of a size adapted for a single use only, is formed with a nozzle comprising releasably interlocking or interengaging pliable walls 7, 6 which separate under pressure when the container is squeezed. The walls of the nozzle may be crimped together as shown in Fig. 5, or the end of the nozzle may be curved, and the upper margin of the walls may be doubled over upon the body of the walls, or may be twisted together. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) comprises also a tube, 2, Fig. 10 (Cancelled), which is filled from the upper open end and is closed by folding over the corners 9, leaving an outlet 10 which is crimped and pressed together. The containers may be used for medical purposes and the nozzles may be sterilized before use. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
