Abstract

This is a new wash-drier with the brush and suction intakes housed on a support which can be moved backwards and forwards for a short length with respect to the structure of the machine. The intakes have a slit or hole. The support is provided with spring surfaces in correspondence with the slits in the intakes and is pulled with respect to the rest of the machine; this movement is used to close the slits in the rear intakes of the brush and open the slits in the front intakes depending on the direction of motion of the wash-drier machine. <IMAGE>
