(Such as chopsticks). Therefore, even if the contact area between the accessory container and the accessory (spoon, chopsticks, etc.) is reduced and the contact between the accessory (spoon, chopsticks, etc.) is prevented, it is difficult to completely dry the attached water droplets. Furthermore, even if the accessory (spoon, chopsticks, etc.) has been dried, when removing the accessory (spoon, chopsticks, etc.) from the accessory holder, the small object (spoon, chopstick, etc.) Chopsticks etc.) may be wet again. Separately, there is a method of drying by increasing the calorific value of the heater in the cleaning and drying chamber. However, electricity costs are required to increase the calorific value, and the temperature in the cleaning and drying chamber rises sharply. -There is a possibility that a great deal of safety problems such as melting of the tableware due to dropping from the tableware basket and blown fuses may occur. An object of the present invention is to provide a dishwasher / dryer capable of solving such a problem and improving the drying effect of small articles (spoons, chopsticks, etc.).

FIG. 1 is a side sectional view schematically showing the entire configuration of an embodiment of a dishwasher. In this dishwasher / dryer, a washing / drying chamber 4 is provided inside the main body 1, and a door 2 whose lower end is pivotally supported is provided at the front opening of the washing / drying chamber 4 in front of the front (in FIG. 1). (Left direction).
In the center of the bottom of the washing and drying chamber 4, an arm 6 rotatable around a water supply shaft 5 is provided, and a plurality of nozzles 6a are formed on the upper surface of the arm 6. The washing and drying chamber 4
A water storage tank 7 provided with a circulation port 7a and a drain port 7b on the side is provided in communication with the bottom of the tank. A cleaning and drainage pump 8 is arranged below the bottom of the cleaning and drying chamber 4.
At the time of washing, the washing water sucked from the circulation port 7a of the water tank 7 is sent out to the arm 6 via the water supply shaft 5, and at the time of draining, the washing water sucked from the drain port 7b of the water tank 7 is
The water is discharged to the outside through the drain hose 9. Water supply valve 1
Water supplied from the outside via the water supply port 11 is poured into the cleaning and drying chamber 4 from a water supply port 11 provided behind the cleaning and drying chamber 4. At the bottom of the washing and drying chamber 4, there is provided a sheath heater 12 for warming the washing water during washing and rinsing, and for increasing the temperature of the air in the washing and drying chamber 4 during drying. Behind the washing and drying chamber 4, a blower fan 14 that is driven to rotate by a motor 13.
Is disposed, and when the blower fan 14 rotates,
The outside air sucked through the air inlet 15a opened in the back plate 15 of the main body 1 is sent to the air blow duct 16 and is sent from the air blow opening 17 opened below the back of the washing and drying chamber 4 to the washing and drying chamber 4. Sent inside. An exhaust hole 18 for exhausting the air in the washing and drying chamber 4 to the outside is provided on the door 2.
It is provided above. In the above configuration, when washing the dishes, the user opens the door 2, pulls out the car 3 on the inner surface of the door 2, stores the dishes in the car 3, and then cleans the car 3. Return to the drying chamber 4 and close the door 2. When a start button (not shown) is pressed, the water supply valve 10 is opened and the bottom of the washing and drying chamber 4 and the water tank 7 are opened.
A predetermined amount of washing water is stored in the tank. This washing water is heated to a predetermined temperature (usually about 60 ° C.) by the sheath heater 12. When the washing and draining pump 8 is driven, the washing and draining pump 8 sucks washing water from the circulation port 7 a of the water storage tank 7 and sends out the washing water to the arm 6. The washing water scatters vigorously from the small-diameter nozzle 6a, and the arm 6 is rotated by the recoil of the ejection of the washing water. The sprayed washing water hits the dishes and flows down to the bottom of the washing and drying chamber 4, and circulates to the water storage tank 7. When the cleaning for a predetermined time (for example, about 10 minutes) is completed, the cleaning / drain pump 8 discharges the cleaning water sucked from the drain port 7b of the water storage tank 7 to the drain hose 9, and the cleaning water at the bottom of the cleaning / drying chamber 4 To discharge. After that, the water supply valve 10 is opened and clean washing water for rinsing is newly introduced into the washing and drying chamber 4, and rinsing is performed for about one minute in the same manner as in the washing. After rinsing with washing water is repeated two or three times, washing water is introduced into the washing and drying chamber 4, and the washing water is heated by the sheath heater 12 to a temperature of about 70 to 80 ° C. By performing the final rinsing using the hot water, the tableware can be sterilized, and the tableware is warmed, so that it can be effectively used at the time of the drying operation in the next step. FIG.
FIG. 3 is a partial cross-sectional view showing an exhaust passage according to the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view schematically showing the accessory case according to the present invention. The drying process of the present invention will be described with reference to these drawings. After the washing and rinsing steps are completed, the washing water at the bottom of the washing and drying chamber 4 is discharged by the washing and draining pump 8, and then the blower fan 14 is rotated by the motor 13 to be dried into the washing and drying chamber 4. Send in the wind. The sent drying wind is
It is heated by a sheath heater 12 provided in the lower part of the washing and drying chamber 4 and is fed into an exhaust path 20 fixed to the inner surface of the door 2 by screws 21 and formed. The sent drying air passes through the exhaust path 20 formed in a U-shape and is discharged to the outside of the dishwasher main body 1 through an exhaust hole 18 provided in the door 2. An accessory holder 19 having a hook portion 19a so as to be detachably attached is set in the exhaust path 20, and a drain hole 22 is provided at a lower portion of the exhaust path 20. Exhaust holes 18 on the outer surface of the
Water droplets condensed in the vicinity are provided so as to be able to be discharged from the exhaust passage 20 through a supply pipe 23 through a condensate drain hole 24 near the exhaust hole 18 of the exhaust passage 20. In addition, at the time of washing, it also has a role of discharging washing water for washing small items (spoons, chopsticks, etc.). A detergent disposing portion 25 is formed on the wall surface of the door 2 below the drainage hole 22, and the washing water at the time of cleaning and the water droplets condensed near the exhaust hole 18 are removed by the drainage hole 22.
Then, it flows down toward the detergent disposing portion 25 on the wall surface of the door 2 and returns to the washing and drying chamber 4. Exhaust passage 20 inside door 2
The small items (spoon, chopsticks, etc.) in the accessory case 19 which are detachably set inside are set in the exhaust path through which the heated drying air passes, so that the drying air is directly sent to the small items (spoon, chopsticks, etc.). And it is possible to reliably dry even if a large amount of washing water is attached. In addition, since the accessory holder 19 is in the exhaust path 20 on the inner surface of the door 2,
There is no need to pull out the tableware basket 3 to the front, and small items (spoons, chopsticks, etc.) can be easily taken in and out simply by opening and closing the door 2, thereby improving usability. Furthermore, since there is no need to set the accessory case 19 in the tableware basket 3, there is an empty space for the accessory case 19 in the tableware basket 3, which has the effect of increasing the number of tableware. In addition, the drain hole 22 provided in the lower part of the exhaust path 20 is T-shaped,
Cleaning water is prevented from directly entering the inside. Therefore,
The cleaning water does not directly rise to the exhaust hole 18 and does not fly out of the refrigerator through the exhaust hole 18. Further, the washing water for washing at the time of washing through the drain hole 22 and the water droplets condensed in the vicinity of the exhaust hole 18 are passed through the washing / drying chamber 4 from above the detergent disposing portion 25.
Since the detergent is returned to the inside, even if a detergent residue and a dirt component remain in the detergent disposing portion 25, it can be reliably washed away.
