Abstract
【解決手段】アルミニウムなどを添加することで耐食性を向上させ、1500℃における熱膨張率が1.15%以上2.50%以下の特定耐火物1aを、少なくとも使用重要部をカバーするように部分的に配置した。特定耐火物1aの厚みは15mm以上25mm以下とする。特定耐火物1aを配置した以外の部分は、アルミナカーボンを主成分とする不焼成耐火物又は焼成耐火物で形成する。

Description
製造したSNプレートの形状は、図3に示すとおりで、この実施例では、A寸(長さ)=500mm,B寸(幅)=250mm,C寸(厚み)=40mmとした。また、本発明の実施例において特定耐火物1aは、全開位置と全閉位置におけるノズル孔の中心間S1を250mm、ノズル孔の孔径φを100mm、SNプレートの摺動方向の安全代α1を10mm、摺動方向と直交する方向の安全代α2を25mmとして、SNプレートの摺動方向の長さがS1+ φ + 2α1=370mm 、摺動方向と直交する方向の長さがφ + 2α2=150mmで規定される部分D4に厚み20mmにて配置した。このD4の部分は、図1で説明した使用重要部Dをカバーする。
特定耐火物として、アルミナ粉末:87質量%、カーボン粉末:3質量%、金属アルミニウム粉末:10質量%を混合し、乾燥、焼成したものを使用して、実施例1−1と同様にSNプレートを製造した。この実施例の特定耐火物の1500℃における熱膨張率は1.33%、音速弾性率は120GPaであった(表3、4の材質C)。一方、比較例では、上述の特定耐火物を、図3に示したSNプレートの全体に適用した。
特定耐火物として、マグネシア粉末:92質量%、カーボン粉末:3質量%、金属アルミニウム粉末:5質量%を混合し、乾燥、焼成したものを使用して、実施例1−1と同様にSNプレートを製造した。この実施例の特定耐火物の1500℃における熱膨張率は2.50%、音速弾性率は80GPaであった(表3、4の材質D)。一方、比較例では、上述の特定耐火物を、図3に示したSNプレートの全体に適用した。

1/2のCADモデルを作成。CADモデルから四節点四角形要素を使用してFEMモデルを作成。メッシュ分割の基準長さは5mm。
<熱解析>
初期温度:
ノズル孔、開度50%:1550℃、1.16×10−3W/mm2・K
外周側:25℃、1.16×10−5W/mm2・K
時間ステップ:1秒/ステップ、20秒間
<応力解析>
初期温度:25℃
対称性を考慮した変位拘束を付与。
回転抑制のためのY方向の拘束を付与。
X方向の変位拘束を付与。
熱解析の結果から熱応力を計算。

Claims (5)
- 1500℃における熱膨張率が1.15%以上2.50%以下の特定耐火物を、少なくとも使用重要部をカバーするように部分的に配置したスライディングノズルプレート。
- 前記特定耐火物は、厚みが15mm以上25mm以下である請求項1に記載のスライディングノズルプレート。
- 前記特定耐火物は、底部外周がカットされている請求項1又は2に記載のスライディングノズルプレート。
- 前記特定耐火物の底部外周は、R5以上又はC5以上である請求項3に記載のスライディングノズルプレート。
- 前記特定耐火物を配置した以外の部分は、アルミナカーボンを主成分とする不焼成耐火物又は焼成耐火物で形成されている請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のスライディングノズルプレート。
