るコンベアーラインにおける金網の焦げ汚れ洗浄の方法
であって、上記ベルトの周回路に沿ってノズルを設け、
上記無端ベルトを所定の速度で周回させるとともに、上
記ノズルからは高濃度の苛性アルカリ溶液にグルコール
系溶剤、アルカノールアミン、有機酸塩を配合した洗浄
液とすすぎ水液を噴射させて金網の焦げ汚れを洗浄する
ことを特徴とする製菓類及び食品加工における金網の焦
げ汚れ洗浄方法。1.
