Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本発明はリン酸塩系ガラス組成物、特に低融点で無色
乃至は無色に近い色彩を有するガラスフリットに係るも
のである。

懸念されている。

は、その着色により不都合が生じる欠点を有している。

成物を見出すことを目的として種々研究、検討した結
果、リン酸塩系ガラス中に特定の金属酸化物を含有せし
めることにより前記目的を達成し得ることを見出した。

CeO2,Fe2O3,TiO2,Sb2O5,SnO2,MnO2,CrO3,KMnO4,K2Cr2O7

な被膜が形成できず逆に前記範囲を超える場合にはガラ
スフリットの耐水性が十分でなくなったり、焼成温度が
高くなりすぎる虞れがあるので何れも好ましくない。そ
してこれら範囲のうち、P2O5として60〜75モル%を採用
する場合には、光沢に富み、平滑な耐水性に富む被膜
が、低温て形成できるので特に好ましい。

如き処理を夫夫行ない、15mm角の焼結アルミナ基板上に
夫々塗布し、700℃で10分間焼成せしめた。
