回転槽に投入して互いに擦り合わせる装置や、砂を加熱
して表面に付着した樹脂などを燃焼揮発させる装置、あ
るいは砂を水洗いして表面の不要物を洗い流す装置など
がある。

ンクを架設せしめ、又上記鋳物砂押出用通路下方には取
出し自在な不純物廃棄用収納部を設け、該リサイクル用
鋳物砂タンク内には、その上,下を2分割し、上,下空
間部を形成し、かつ自在にその上,下空間部を連通状と
する機構を有する仕切り板を設け、一方上記リサイクル
用鋳物砂タンク下方から上記リサイクル用鋳物砂タンク
上部空間部内へ減加圧搬送管を連通状に設け、該減加圧
搬送管の下部と、上記回転砥石体とを、篩い機構を有す
る移動通路によって連通状となし、しかも上記減加圧搬
送管下部に吹き上げファンを内包せしめたことを特徴と
する鋳物砂再生装置である。

ファン(11)によって下部より吹き上げる為に発生する
気流によって支障無くリサイクル用鋳物砂タンク(5)
内へ搬送する事が可能と成るものである。又上記リサイ
クル用鋳物砂タンク(5)内の中途部には、第2図で示
す様な仕切り板(14)が設けられ上,下空間部a,a′が
形成されるものであり、同仕切り板(14)面には所要間
隔毎に穴(15),(15),…が開口され、更に上記仕切
り板(14)下に常時は上記穴(15),(15),…との間
に穴(15′),(15′),…が位置する横動自在の仕切
り板(14′)を積重状に装着し、上記仕切り板(14′)
を上記リサイクル用鋳物砂タンク(5)側部に設けられ
る横動シリンダー(16)によって横動し、上記穴(1

サイクル用鋳物砂タンク(5)の上部空間部a内へ収納
