ミックなどで略矩形の形状に成形され、表面10の前面に
多数の燃焼孔11を設けたセラミックA12と周囲の一部に
燃焼孔11を有しない部分13を設けたセラミックB14とが
互いに組み合わされて構成されている。そして、ガス赤

クA12とセラミックB14の異なった2種類が必要となる。
即ち、ガス赤外線バーナ2を構成するためにはセラミッ
クA12とセラミックB14を作るための金型が必要となる。
セラミックA12あるいはセラミックB14を作る金型は、燃
焼孔11を設けるために多数本のピンを有し、このピンを
セラミック材料にプレスする方法で加工されるため、ピ
ンはセラミック材料によって表面が研磨される状態がプ
レス加工時に生じて痩せ細るから燃焼孔11は品物によっ
て孔径が種々の大きさに変化してくる。そのためにセラ
ミックA12とセラミックB14へ同じガスが供給されても燃
焼孔11の孔径が異なるために両者間に燃焼量の差が生じ
て表面の赤熱温度が異なって、輻射熱によって加熱され
る調理物が部分的に焦げたり、焦げなかったりして良好
な調理性能が得られないという問題点を有していた。
又、焼成調理器に複数本のガス赤外線バーナを必要とす
るため、例えばガス赤外線バーナ1本あたり2個のセラ
ミックが必要となればガス赤外線バーナの2倍だけセラ
ミックの数が必要となり、それだけ加工作業が増えてコ
ストが上昇するという問題点を有していた。本発明はか
かる従来の課題を解消するもので、焼成調理器の調理性
能を向上すると同時にガス赤外線バーナの組立性を向上
し、あわせて、部品点数を削減してコスト低減を図るこ
とを目的とする。

部を設けたものである。

ってコストが削減する。又、略矩形状の外形形状をな
し、略内側部には燃焼孔11を有しない略平面上の内側22
を有し、内側22の外周付近21に燃焼孔11を設けた熱輻射
板3を使用することによってガス赤外線バーナ2の中央
部には燃焼孔11がないので燃焼させた時、この部分の真
