In addition, in order to secure the loaded products in the hold, it is necessary for an operator to enter the hold and perform the securing operation, which is always dangerous.

The combination of the side beam member 4 and the suspension plate 6 of the rack body 2 is inserted into the opening 13 of the jig body 11 and assembled in a straddle shape on each aggregate 7. Next, while maintaining this state, the fixing mechanism 1 provided at both end portions of the jig body 11
At 2, the tension is applied to the side wall 9 of the hold 8. The retaining jig 10 is fixed in a erected state between the side wall surfaces 9 by bulging the side wall surfaces 9 of the two fixing mechanisms 12 facing each other.

A pressing force along the longitudinal direction of the jig body 11 is applied to the combination of the side beam member 4 and the suspension plate 6 inserted into the opening 13. The uppermost rack body 2 of each aggregate 7 is connected to the retaining jig 10 by the action of the pressing force on the combination of the side beam member 4 and the suspension plate 6, and the inside of the hold 8 is held through the retaining jig 10. The position of will be fixed.

Therefore, the retention of each aggregate 7 by the holding jig 10 is fixed to the initial position where the retention is achieved. Therefore, when the initial position when the retention is achieved is correct, an extremely stable and good retention is achieved. Is achieved. However, since the rod body of the pressing body 15 generally has a limited stroke, the pressing body 15 can be moved along the longitudinal direction of the jig body 11 so that an appropriate retaining position can be initially obtained. It is possible to move by using this movement so that an appropriate holding position can be obtained by this movement.

After that, air is supplied to the air dunnage 16 to inflate it, and a pressing force is applied to the combination of the side beam member 4 and the suspension plate 6 that has entered the opening 13. The uppermost rack body 2 of each aggregate 7 is pushed by the air dunnage 16 and the side beam member 4 and the suspension plate 6 are applied.
Is it possible to directly press the combination of
Alternatively, the pressing force toward the jig main body 11 side is constantly received, and each assembly 7 is positioned at the upper end position of the jig main body 11.
On the other hand, according to the strength of the pressing force exerted by the air dunnage 16, the air dunnage 16 is held within a certain range, and the stacking posture in the hold 8 is kept in a stable posture.

There is an advantage that the air dunnage 16 acts as a cushioning material so that the small sway of the ship is not transmitted to the aggregate 7, and that the position adjustment of the press contact mechanism 14 is not necessary.

調整により達成するのである。That is, the height of the assembly 7 assembled in the hold 8 is not necessarily the same for each assembly 7 because the size and type of the product S mounted on the rack 1 are not constant. There is some variation, and the aggregates 7 are not formed by stacking the racks 1 by accurately aligning the racks 1 with each other, and a slight allowable deviation occurs between the stacked racks 1. For this reason, it may be the side beam member 4 or the suspension plate 6 that enters the opening 13 and faces the pressing body 15, and the stack deviation of the racks 1 forming the aggregate 7 may occur. From this, since the intrusion position of the rack body 2 portion with respect to the opening portion 13 cannot be accurately specified, a large position adjustment of the pressing body 15 with respect to the rack body 2 portion invading the opening portion 13 is performed by the jig of the mounting plate 17. This is achieved by adjusting the mounting position with respect to the main body 11, and fine position adjustment is achieved by adjusting the forward / backward stroke of the rod body of the pressing body 15.

This is accomplished by inflating 6 with constant pressure. In this case, the width of the gap into which the air dunnage 16 is inserted is not necessarily constant, so the amount of compressed air that is press-fitted into the air dunnage 16 is set according to the value of this gap.
