Description of the Related Art Generally, in a method of manufacturing a tungsten wire, when wire drawing is performed using a die, a work strain is accumulated in a tungsten wire material. If the finishing dimension becomes thin, the number of times of working by the die increases, and the accumulation of this working strain makes it impossible to draw. For this reason, annealing is performed in the middle of the drawing process, and drawing is performed again with a die. In this intermediate annealing step, if the tungsten wire surface has a brittle layer formed or remains due to contaminants, the wire diameter of
Wire breakage is likely to occur during the drawing of 75μ ultrafine wire.

If a wire break occurs during wire drawing, the dies must be set again, and the wire drawing machine cannot operate unattended for a long time, resulting in poor production efficiency. At the same time, it also leads to unstable factors in the quality of the tungsten wire.

The surface layer of the tungsten wire 1 is removed by passing the tungsten wire 1 through an electrolytic polishing tank 3 containing an electrolytic solution for electrolytic treatment. Next, the electrolytic solution adhering to the surface of the tungsten wire 1 is washed in a water washing tank 4 and dried in a drying furnace 5.
To remove water. Tungsten wire 1 is a guide pulley 6
Then, an intermediate annealing process is performed through the return current annealing box 7. The annealed tungsten wire 1 is passed through an oxidation furnace 8 to oxidize the surface thereof so that the lubricant easily adheres to the surface. Lubricant is attached to the surface of the tungsten wire 1 by the lubrication pot 9. The lubricant is dried in the drying furnace 10, and the lubricant is further attached in the lubrication pot 11. The tungsten wire 1 to which the lubricant is attached is passed through the heating furnace 12,
Draw with the next step size die 13. The drawn tungsten wire 1 is wound on a take-up reel 14. Thereafter, the tungsten wire 1 is drawn by a usual drawing method until it has a desired wire diameter. In the figure, 15 indicates a stand.

Therefore, the wire breakage can be significantly reduced. Therefore, in the drawing process of the tungsten wire, the wire drawing machine can be operated unattended for a long time, and the production efficiency can be significantly improved. As a result, the cost of the tungsten wire can be reduced and a high quality tungsten wire can be obtained.
