Since a real twisting step of twisting together with a non-twisted yarn while twisting is required, it has drawbacks such as low productivity and high processing cost.

That is, in the case of the yarn shown in FIG. 3, the core yarn 1 constitutes the core portion in the single winding portion 13 ', and the sheath yarn 2 is simply wound around the core yarn 1 and covered. The so-called sheath yarn 2 does not have a wall-twisted tone in which the core yarn 1 is wound in a wave shape, and in the case of the yarn shown in Fig. 4, the core yarn 1 and the sheath yarn 2 are formed in the single winding portion 13 '. Was the aligned and twisted shape, and the wall twist tone was not obtained as in the above. Further, the yarn obtained by the same method has a triple winding part 12 ', 1 as shown in Figs.
2 ″ had an obvious slab shape, which was far from the wall twist yarn in addition to the above structure.

A formed slab yarn is disclosed. However, the false twisted yarn disclosed in the publication has a wall twist structure only between the triple winding part and the midway part, and as a wall twist tone, it is extremely unsatisfactory from the viewpoint of feeling and appearance effect. It was enough.

A false-twisted yarn in which a heavy winding portion and a triple winding portion are alternately mixed, and a fineness ratio D1 / D2 between the fineness of the core yarn and the fineness of the sheath yarn is 3 to 30, and the single winding portion is Indicates a wall-twisted pattern in which the core yarn is wound in a wavy shape on the peripheral surface of the sheath yarn, and the apparent thickness of the triple wound portion and the single wound portion is approximately the same. The wall-twisted false-twisted yarn is a matter that is indispensable for its construction.

The ratio D1 / D2 of the fineness D2 (d / f) of the sheath yarn 2 must satisfy the relationship of 3 to 30. If the fineness ratio D1 / D2 is less than 3, the triple winding portion 12 becomes too thick, and the obtained yarn becomes slab-like as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, and the single winding is in the middle of the road. The turning portion 13 does not have a wall twist tone and exhibits a straight state. When the fineness ratio D1 / D2 is larger than 30, the triple winding part 12 is inconspicuous, but the sheath yarn 2 is buried in the core yarn 1 at the single winding part 13 in the middle of the road, and the wall twist effect is obtained. I can't.
第2の条件は、仮撚数TWが 25,000≦{D1+D2×(1+オーバーフィード率/100}
1/2×TW≦40,000 の範囲にあることである。仮撚数TWが25,000以下では

It is in the range of 1/2 × TW ≦ 40,000. If the false twist number TW is 25,000 or less, the winding angle is too small to obtain a sufficient wall twist effect.
With the above, workability becomes unstable.

When the overfeed rate is 80% or less, the winding angle and spacing are widened, the wall twisting effect is not exhibited, and the yarn converging property is also poor. Further, when the overfeed rate is 130% or more, the sheath yarn 2 is not sufficiently absorbed and the workability becomes unstable.
第4の条件は、熱固定温度Teと糸条のガラス転移点温
度Tgとの関係を Tg+10≦Te≦Tg+55 の範囲とすることである。The fourth condition is that the relationship between the heat setting temperature Te and the glass transition temperature Tg of the yarn is within the range of Tg + 10≤Te≤Tg + 55.

It is difficult to obtain gloss. This leads to fluffy fabric and lack of drape. Therefore, it is effective to keep the heat setting temperature in the twisting region as low as possible and keep the crimping low. However, if the heat setting temperature is too low, the yarn bundle focusing property deteriorates, making it impossible to pass the post-process as well as the processability. Then, as a result of various experiments, it was found that the effect of satisfying both of them can be obtained by setting the heat setting temperature within the range of the above equation. However, this is not the case when only the wall twisting shape effect is required.

仮撚糸を得ることができる。The present invention is obtained by satisfying the above-mentioned first to fourth conditions, and further explained with reference to external views of yarns shown in FIGS. In the false twisting method, for example, in Japanese Patent Publication No. 50-35147, the single winding portion 13 has a shape in which the core yarn 1 is simply covered with the sheath yarn 2 as shown in FIG. 3, or As shown in FIG. 4, the core yarn 1 and the sheath yarn 2 are in the form of aligned and twisted. At the same time, the triple winding part 12 has an obvious slab shape, while the yarn obtained by the present invention has a single winding part 13 on the peripheral surface of the sheath yarn 2 as shown in FIG. Since 1 has a sharp wall twist shape in which it is wound in a wavy shape, and the triple winding portion 12 does not seem to be thicker than the single winding portion 13 apparently, a good wall twisted false twisted yarn can be obtained.

がより強調されたものとなる。The reason for this is that, as shown in the first condition of the present invention, the difference in the fineness of the sheath yarn 2 is made larger than that of the core yarn 1, and the false twist number according to the third condition is set. Since a large difference in the twist shrinkage ratio with the sheath yarn 2 occurs, the core yarn 1 having a large fineness has a greater twist shrinkage than the sheath yarn 2 having a fineness, and therefore the sheath yarn 2 becomes the core yarn 1 during twisting. In spite of being wound on the other hand, in the single winding portion 13, the sheath yarn 2 having a fineness constitutes the core portion at the time of decombustion, and the core yarn 1 having a large fineness constitutes the sheath yarn 2.
This is because it has a wavy winding structure. Further, since the triple-wound portion 12 is composed of the sheath yarn 2 having a fineness, the apparent thickness can be reduced, and the wall twist effect is further emphasized.

By the above, the single winding part 13 becomes long and the wall twist effect is sufficiently obtained.
