(Conventional device) Conventionally, as an anti-skid device for an automobile tire, for example, as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. Sho 56-18407, a net as an annular anti-slip member for covering the tire and both sides of the tire. An edge member attached to both side portions of the anti-slip member along a portion, and a hooking unit attached to both side portions of the edge member and forming the edge member in an annular shape. It is composed of a coil spring and a lock wire that penetrates through the coil spring, and both ends in the length direction of the lock wire are hooked by hooking means, and the hooking means is hooked, When released, the anti-slip member of the tire is attached to and detached from the tire.

Further, as shown in Japanese Examined Patent Publication (Kokoku) No. 57-12689, a net or a net covering at least a part of the road surface and the tire side wall is restricted by end rings provided on each side of the tire side wall, or Formed of a flexible but mostly non-stretchable cord or cord having greater extensibility in the tire circumferential direction than in the direction orthogonal to it, and having a net work. , Also, on each side of the tire there is provided an end ring bounded by a mesh, and further, all edge meshes are firmly connected to the end ring between the mesh or meshwork connection points. It has a detailed structure and is easy to install,
The traveling speed of the vehicle is not reduced, and further, there are advantages such as excellent anti-slip action and excellent steering.

However, although the above-mentioned device has various advantages, since the entire device does not have a waterproof structure, the end ring cannot be operated smoothly due to freezing or freezing, and It has the drawback that the device cannot be attached and removed smoothly unless the tightening force of the device itself is optimized.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) This type of anti-skid device for an automobile tire is used by being mounted on a tire when traveling on a snowy road, a lubrication road, etc. In the conventional device described above, the device itself has a waterproof structure. Therefore, water, snow, mud, snow-melting agent, etc. infiltrate through the gaps of the coil springs and the hooks at the end ring part, and as a result, the equipment freezes or freezes and the end ring part does not expand. Hinder, also
In some cases, the smooth operation of each device of the hook portion was hindered.

Further, if the tightening force when mounting the device on the tire of the automobile is not appropriate, it will float from the tire due to the action of centrifugal force while running while mounted on the tire,
The tightening force is required so that the device does not lift up from the tire.

With respect to this point, in a device using a coil spring as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 57-12689, which is a conventional example, the tightening force is set to be relatively weak, but in this case it is excellent in flexibility and light. If it was not the tread part, it could not be properly mounted on the tire.

That is, if an anti-slip member having a high rigidity and durability such as an integrally molded tread is to be applied to the device, it is necessary to increase the tightening force by a factor of 2 to 3, so that a large diameter inevitably occurs. I have no choice but to use a coil spring. As a result, the overall weight of the device is increased by a factor of 2 to 3, not only the centrifugal force applied to the device while traveling is increased, but also the size is increased, and the gap between the tire and the vehicle body is considered. It has problems such as narrowing the range of applicable vehicles.

Therefore, the above-mentioned conventional device has a drawback that it cannot be commonly used as a non-slip member having a light tread portion having excellent flexibility, or cannot be used in common with a highly rigid and durable tread such as an integrally molded tread. .

(Means for Solving the Problem) The present invention has a ring-shaped non-slip member for covering a tire, as a structure for solving the problems of the above-described conventional device.
An edge member attached to both sides of the anti-slip member along both sides of the tire; and a hooking means attached to both sides of the edge member and forming the edge member in an annular shape. The edge member includes a coil-shaped elastic body, an elastic body having a multiple structure in which an elastic material is coated on the outer periphery thereof, and a lock wire arranged so as to penetrate through the elastic body, and the hooking means waterproofs the outer periphery. The first aspect of the present invention is characterized in that the entire device is covered with water and the contact portion of the edge member with the elastic material coated portion is closely joined to form a waterproof structure. A second aspect of the invention is adopted, which is an integrally molded rubber tread with spike pins.

(Function) The device of the present invention is configured as described above, but the edge member is arranged so as to penetrate through the elastic body having a coiled elastic body and a multiple structure in which the outer periphery of the elastic body is covered with the elastic material, and the elastic body. Since the elastic body has a strong elasticity because it is composed of a lock wire, the tightening force of the coil-shaped elastic body can be increased several times (2 to 3 times) without increasing the weight. As the hooking means, the outer circumference is waterproofly covered, and the contact portion of the edge member with the elastic material covered portion is closely joined to form the entire apparatus as a waterproof structure. Therefore, like the conventional apparatus, the coil spring in the end ring portion is used. Water, snow, mud, snow-melting agents, etc. infiltrate through the gaps and the hooks, and as a result, the equipment freezes or freezes and prevents the extension of the end ring, and the smoothness of each equipment Each device operates smoothly without hindering operation.

As a result, the tightening force of the coil-shaped elastic body can be increased to 2 to 3 times that of the conventional device without making it difficult to attach and detach to and from the tire. Furthermore, since the weight of the device is the same as that of the conventional device, there is no problem even if the sliding member has high rigidity and durability such as an integrally molded tread.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, the edge member is composed of the coil-shaped elastic body, the elastic body having a multiple structure in which the outer periphery is covered with the elastic material, and the lock wire penetrating the elastic body. The elastic material has a strong elasticity because
The tightening force of the coil-shaped elastic body can be increased several times (2 to 3 times) without increasing the weight, and the outer periphery of the hooking portion is waterproof-coated to make contact with the elastic material-coated portion of the edge member. Since the entire device has a waterproof structure by closely bonding, like the conventional device, water, snow, mud, snow-melting agent, etc., infiltrate from the gap of the coil spring in the end ring part, the hooking part, and as a result, Each device operates smoothly without the device freezing or freezing hindering the extension of the end ring part and hindering the smooth operation of each device of the latching part. Therefore, it is not difficult to attach or detach the device even if the tightening force is increased by 2 to 3 times. Further, it is not necessary to apply a lubricant to the outer periphery of the hooking portion for waterproofing after use, and maintenance and maintenance are easy.

Further, the tightening force of the coil-shaped elastic body can be increased to 2 to 3 times that of the conventional device, and the weight of the device is the same as that of the conventional device. Therefore, as a sliding member, an integrally molded tread or the like can be used. It is possible to adopt a material having high rigidity and durability, and it is possible to improve the durability of the sliding member itself.
