On the other hand, as a typical example of the method for producing the resin A containing fibers of the present invention, a state where a two-component urethane foaming agent is used will be described. First, as shown in FIG. And above the mold 1 set to the size,
Use the one that covers the lid 3 attached with the sealing clamp 2 so that it can be opened and closed freely, and use the two-liquid type urethane foaming agent 4 which is a two-liquid mixing type low viscosity and has a usable life of 110
Since it is as short as a second, the dispenser uses a gear pump system and uses four nozzles 5. And in the mold 1
2 liquid type urethane foaming agent 4 each nozzle 5 of dispenser
Then, about 30% is injected while moving so that it spreads over the entire bottom of the mold 1. In this case, since the injection amount is about 30% of the whole mold 1, the expansion ratio is about 3%.
It is about double.

Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 5, on the two-component urethane foaming agent 4 injected into the molding die 1 by about 30%,
The target fiber 6 cut into a desired shape is quickly inserted into the molding die 1 from above from above.

Next, as shown in FIG. 6, the target fiber 6 is moved to an appropriate position where the fiber 6 is sufficiently impregnated with the two-component urethane foaming agent 4 by a pressing jig 7 connected to an air cylinder. Press. In this case, the pressing jig 7 is preferably one having the same area as the fiber 6 or one having the same outer diameter as the inner diameter of the molding die 1, and the pressure value depends on the hardness of the fiber 6 but is 3 kg. A degree is preferable.

Finally, as shown in FIG. 8, a lid 3 is placed on the upper side of the molding die 1 so as to be in close contact therewith, and the lid 3 is fixed by a clamp 2 and left to cure. In this case, foaming was completed in 20 minutes, and curing took 2 hours to demold. The reason for taking sufficient time for this curing is to eliminate tack on the surface and facilitate handling, and it is desirable that the time required for the above-mentioned manufacturing process is within 30 to 40 seconds for one mold.

The hardness of the resin A containing fibers of the present invention can be changed by the hardness and expansion ratio of the two-component urethane foaming agent 4, the density of the fibers 6, and the like. To increase the hardness of the resin A containing fibers of the present invention, either increase the density of the fibers 6 or decrease the expansion ratio of the two-component urethane foaming agent 4,
Increase the hardness of the 2-liquid urethane foaming agent 4 itself. Furthermore, in order to reduce the hardness of the resin A containing fibers of the present invention,
This is possible by taking the reverse method. In addition, the density of the fibers 6 and the selection of the two-component urethane foaming agent 4 have a great influence on the hardness change of the resin A containing fibers of the present invention.

When impregnating and molding with other resin, it is basically the same as urethane foaming, but when molding with solid, other resin is injected until the injection amount reaches the upper part of the fiber 6. However, if both 1st and 2nd liquids are high viscosity products, vacuum degassing is desirable. Further, even for low-viscosity products, if the density of the fiber becomes high, it is considered that air bubbles may be entrapped, so vacuum degassing is necessary. The entrainment and defoaming of air bubbles slightly change depending on the difference in fiber density and resin viscosity, so it is impossible to explain by taking an example.

Further, the injection amount of the foam is determined by selecting the expansion ratio, and in order to stabilize the expansion ratio, the molding die 1 must be manufactured in a closed type.
The injection speed must be within the pot life of the resin used. It is not necessary to use the closed type for solids, but the injection rate is the same.

Further, the curing method includes a heat curing type, a natural curing type, a moisture curing type and the like, and it is desirable to select it after thorough examination according to the purpose. For example, if it is necessary to finish the product in a short time, select the heat-curing type, and if sufficient time is not available and there is no heating furnace, select the natural-curing type. In this case, it goes without saying that the curing time varies depending on the type of resin used.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The resin A containing fibers of the present invention is soft and elastic at the time of molding a cleaning brush in the condenser cooling pipe, an abrasive for various machine parts, a strong cushioning material, a barrel abrasive, etc. By impregnating various fibers C such as synthetic fibers, natural fibers, and metal fibers into a synthetic resin B such as a foam or a solid having a property to form a sheet or a block, the synthetic resin B has softness and elasticity. Since it is better than the conventional synthetic rubber, the synthetic resin B on the cut surface of the outer circumference is pulled inward by the stress, and only the fibers C remain protruding on the cut surface of the outer circumference. The tear strength is further increased, the durability is extremely better than that of the conventional synthetic rubber, and the weight can be remarkably reduced.

Further, in the method for producing the resin A containing fibers of the present invention, the two-liquid mixing type low-viscosity two-liquid urethane foaming agent 4 in the molding die 1 having an appropriate shape and size is used by an appropriate number of nozzles such as a dispenser. After injecting an appropriate amount at 5, the target fiber 6 cut into a required shape is inserted from above onto the two-component urethane foaming agent 4, and then the target fiber 6 is applied to an appropriate pressing jig 7. And press the fiber 6 to an appropriate position where the two-component urethane foaming agent 4 is sufficiently impregnated, and then immediately remove the pressing jig 7 to remove the two-component urethane foaming agent 4 and the fiber 6 in a natural state. , And finally, the lid 3 is closely fixed to the upper side of the molding die 1 so as to be naturally cured, heat-cured and moisture-cured. By arbitrarily selecting the magnification and the density of the fiber 6, etc., The Wei-containing resin A can be easily and reliably manufactured to the required hardness.
