材付プレート状成形物の製造法がある。(Prior Art) JP-A-60-48324 is an example of a method for producing such a molded article.
As shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. JP-A-2003-13869, a breathable sheet-shaped decorative member is set in a partitioned region formed by a partition wall at a predetermined portion of the molding surface of a vacuum molding die, and then the entire molding surface is made of thermoplastic resin. Alternatively, there is a method for producing a plate-shaped molded product with a sheet-shaped decorative member, which comprises placing a heat-softenable plate-shaped base material in a heated state and vacuum forming.

As a locking means of the edge 3a of the decorative member 3, as shown in FIG.
There is a method of piercing and locking the edge part 3a of the decorative member 3 and fixing it with the locking clip 4 as shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 8, the portion corresponding to the groove 5a is a groove portion 5a which is largely opened to the surface side corresponding to the partition wall 2 and the groove portion 5a.
The edge 3a of the decorative member 3 is folded back inside, and its end is positioned outward and visually recognized from the outside, which greatly reduces the commercial value of the plate-shaped molded article as an interior material or exterior material. .

The groove formed by the base material and the base material has a narrow opening because there is no folding back of the edge portion, and the elastic member that constitutes the decorative member restores its thickness by releasing from pressing and closes the opening. As in the state, the end of the edge of the decorative member faces inward and cannot be seen from the outside. Therefore, the commercial value of the molded product does not decrease due to the groove formed in the portion corresponding to the partition wall of the obtained molded product.

The cloth 24 is attached to one surface of the cloth. These base material 20a and member 20b
In order to perform vacuum forming using, the base material 20a is heated to a temperature at which it can be formed as shown in FIG. 1 (a), and the decorative member 20b is attached to the forming surface of the forming die 10A as shown in FIG. 1 (b). 11
In the partitioned area 11a. Next, the base material 20a in the heated state is set on the setting surface 11 on which the decorative member 20b is set.
Placed on the entire surface of, and the compressed air box 10B shown in FIG. 1 (c) is set to perform compressed air vacuum forming. The arrow in the figure indicates the exhaust direction. As a result, the base material 20a forms the molding surface 11
In addition to being molded into a shape corresponding to the above, the decorative member 20b is attached to a predetermined portion of the base material 20a via a mounting agent applied in advance to obtain a molded product shown in FIG. 1 (d).

The edge portion 25 is bent to stand up and is elastically abutted on the inside of the partition wall 14 by the elastic force of the pad 23. Decorative members
The edge of the edge 25 of 20b is flush with the top of the septum 14. The means shown in FIG. 3 is for reducing the radius of curvature of the corner portion of the decorative member 20b. In this case, the pad 23
A notch 23a is provided on the inner side corresponding to the corner of the. Other states are the same as the means shown in FIG.

That is, an outwardly opening groove C is inevitably formed at a portion corresponding to the partition wall of the molding die 10A on the surface of the molded product, but the edge portion 25 of the decorative member 20b is not folded back inside the groove C, The end of the rim 25 faces inward. Immediately after molding, the edge portion 25 is compressed in the thickness direction as shown in FIG. 4 (a),
The groove C has a large opening, but when the rear edge 25 is restored in the thickness direction, the opening of the groove C becomes narrow and
The fluff of the cloth 24 is recovered and the opening of the groove C is almost closed as shown in FIG. Therefore, the obtained molded product does not impair the commercial value of the interior material and the exterior material due to the groove C inevitably formed.
